Mi Yoon was a great, she had a bright personality, and a bunch of stamina, and the more you spoke, the more at ease you felt in her presence, not to mention all the things you had in common, which only made the conversation even more interesting.

You'd never met anyone here as open, and as bold as she was. She stated her mind no problem, and welcomed anything and everything. Before you even met, you were afraid she'd be distant because of your color, but she never even made a statement towards it, making you feel equal somehow.

" I'm actually reading this book, right now, it's called 'rent a human' its about this girl that lives in a world where technology and intelligence is so hight tech, that you can now rent human-like robots instead of books. So like if you want romance, or comédie, you can like get them in human forms. "

" Oh my goodness, I love that book. " Your eyes widen in shock, you knew no one who had read this book, not because you had no close friends, but surprisingly not many were into it, despite its great, yet somehow bizarre storyline.

" Really!!? I have never met someone outside of my mommys book club, that has already read that book, before today. " You were currently situated in the living room. Sitting on the couch you conversed while the kids were happily playing, and graciously getting along smoothly on the mat as the hours passed.

" Tell me about it, I don't get how they haven't made a movie about it yet. "

" Preach. " She exclaimed, and you both laughed at her sassy agreement. It'd been so long since you'd had so much fun with a woman your age, if even ever.

" Oh, and there's also this book called 'blind in-"

" Love.' " you said in unison.

" Oh my goodness, I know it, read it in like in less than two weeks. " She bragged.

" Really!!? I've been meaning to borrow it, but I can't find it anywhere, even at the library here, there's none." the both of you sat on the L shaped sofa. Your mom had gone to bed after having taken her meds, and Sehun had some work to do, despite being home, leaving the two of you to chat to your heart's content, which went pretty good.

" Oh please, the local libraries here are awful, always filled with hormonal teens that can't keep their hands to themselves. " She said in a grimace. " No girl I am serious, I literally went there once with the children, and I tell you the truth when I say, I saw two students hooking up. "

" What? No~" In shock, you pulled your hands to your mouth.

" Not making out, but hooking up, like he had his sausage in her donut. " Extreme laughter erupted from the both of you at her nasty comment. Looking to your right to see if you'd distracted Xander, you sighed in relief as he seemed to be fully engaged/committed to playing with the tweens, not even sparing you a second glance.

" Oh no, goodness what have we become. " You exclaimed in choc, still hunched over in laughter from the previous comment.

" Right?! local libraries aren't what they used to be, a place filled with calm and silence, and four eyed nerds playing chess and trading cards. "

" Yeah and they used to have the coolest board games too, a literal escape from the real world. " It was soothing to find someone who agreed on so many terms.

" And from home. I couldn't stand being at home. "

" Really, why? If I may ask. "

" Well my mom died when I was five, and ever since then my dad lost himself completely, he was so heart broken. "
