Kellys pov:
It has been about a week since i told shay about everything. She hasn't brought it up witch I'm very thankful for. My days have been just going out whenever i need to I haven't gone to Molly's because I haven't been up to it. Matt plans on coming over later while shay is out with some friends witch will be nice to have the house to only Matt and i. It is now 4:30 as I'm sitting in the kitchen i hear Matt come in. Matt comes in he says "hey babe". I say "hey babe". In a soft tone and give him a kiss.
Matts pov:
Once i get to Kelly's i go and find him in the kitchen and say hey. He says hey babe in a soft tone as if something if bothering him than he gives me a kiss. I ask "are you okay". He gives me a little forced smile and says "yeah Why wouldn't i be". I say "you seem like something it bothering you". "Nothing is". He responds "i sigh and give him a kiss on the forehead and than grab a water. I ask "what do you want to do today ". " i don't know". He says. "come on lets go for a drive". "Why?" He says. i say "just come on". He puts his shoes on and we get into my truck. After driving around listening to music and holding hands he says "what was the point of this drive". I say "what's going baby you are not your usual self your quite pretty much hide in your office at shift not going to Molly's talk to me I'm here to listen.
Kellys pov:
As matt and i are driving he ask what is going on with me. I stay quiet for a minute and thank to myself on what to say. I say "nothing", he says "kelly your not yourself i know your sad about levi not being here but i think its deeper than that". I sigh and say " thats part of the reason its also some other things". He say "okay what other things". In a calm voice. I say "its just some things my dad has said". He says "oh okay". "I called him to tell him about the twins and told him about you and he just said a couple things that aren't exactly nice about me becoming a father ". I say while tearing up. He says "I'm sorry babe just don't listen to him". I say "there's more I have depression no one else knows besides shay. i was diagnosed shortly after levi died I'm starting to become that person i was. I'm starting to go back to being quiet hiding in my room or quarters not going out. It scares me I don't wanna go back to that"i say.He says " I'm here for whatever you need I will always be here i love you so much". I say " i love you too". Than he leans over and gives me a quick kiss. He ask "want to go back home". I say "yeah". He says "okay". Than we drive back to my place. Once we get back to my place. Matt ask "how about we lay in bed cuddle and watch your favorite movie i say "okay". I change into some more comfortable clothes and than turn on a movie.
Matt pov:
Towards the end of the movie kelly falls asleep with his arms wrapped around me. I look down and give him a kiss. 15 minutes later shay comes home and knocks on the bed room door i answer quietly "yeah". she cracks open the door and looks at kelly sleeping and she says "i was just gonna tell him I'm home". I say "oh", she says "how is he". I say he told me about everything earlier he's honestly not doing to well". Shay sighs and say "yeah". Before she leaves the room i ask "can you turn off the light i would get up but I don't want to wake him". She says "yeah". And quietly turns off the light". I look down at kelly and mess with his hair thinking and cuddling with him. 1 hour later he wakes up. He looks at me and says "i fell asleep". I say "yeah". I give him a kiss and we lay in bed for 15 minutes before i ask "you hungry for dinner?". He says "yeah". I say "i can make something really quick". He says "okay". I go out into the kitchen and see shay sitting down i start making dinner and me and shay talk about Kelly. She says "so he told you about everything". I say "yeah". She says "oh". I say "yeah he said he's starting to become his old self again and he's scared of that I'm worried about him". She says "yeah I'm worried about him to". Than sighs
Kellys pov:
matt get up to make dinner and i get up to use the bathroom. I go out to the kitchen to see him and shay talking while he's cooking. Shay looks at me and says "hey Kelly". "Hey" I say. I help matt finish dinner and than we eat. We chill at the house the rest of the night matt decides to stay the night so we get into the shower and i give him a some sweat pants to sleep him. We cuddle in bed talking i say "me and shay picked out the names". He looks up at me and says "oh really". I say " yup tyler james and Olivia anne shay severide". He says "oh i like those names". I say "yeah". We talk and than we drift off to sleep for the night.
