Tomorrow is my first day at this new firehouse 51 i have herd great things about this house so I'm pretty excited to start. i lay my clothes out on my bed and get ready to take a shower. i have a german Shepard named Levi. i named him after my best friend who passed away in the line of duty last year. he was on squad with me. Levi will usually sit in front of the bathroom door while i shower. i go and get in the shower and when i got out levi was sitting in his usual spot. i get dressed in my navy blue sweat pants and a black T-shirt. Once i finished getting dressed i fed levi and took him out one last time. i let him back inside and i started making myself a quick dinner. I made chicken and rice because i wasn't to hungry. after I finished my dinner i brushed my teeth i set my alarm for 5:30 am so i could get a quick workout in the morning. than i laid down and tried sleeping. but i kept thinking about levi and how he died not to long ago. this was my first time at a new house since he passed i started getting nervous. so i started watching tv and after 45 minutes i fell asleep.
