A couple days later...
Kellys pov:
I wake up at 7:30 am and lay in bed for a few minutes. I finally decide to get up to go to the restroom Shower and brush my teeth. After i shower and brush my teeth i head out into the kitchen to make something to eat. I see shay sitting at the table with a glass of orange juice and a book. "Hey kelly". "Hey shay". I say in a obvious tone that i was in a good mood. "Can we talk" she says. I say "yeah what's up." Shay says "i was going to tell you the other night when i came home but casey was here the bio dad or whatever you want to call him signed over his parental rights so you can adopt the twins". "Great". I respond. She says "yep". "I talked to my attorney and he said we can get the adoption started". My face lights up and i say "yay".
Shays pov:
I tell kelly we can get the adoption process started and his face lights up like a Christmas tree witch I'm excited about . "I want to start on the babies room and stuff if thats good with you" kelly says. I say "yeah i have been wanting to do that". He says "we have the day free we can go to target or whatever and start picking stuff out for room like cribs and stuff". "Yeah that sounds good i need to shower and stuff first tho". He says "okay". I finish my orange juice and go shower. I get out of the shower and go and get dressed kelly knocks on my door "yeah come in". I say "everything good". "I look huge in everything i look like im 23 weeks pregnant with twins". Kelly says "you look good and thats because you are pregnant with twins". "Yeah" i sigh. He says "hey there you are carrying 2 healthy beautiful babies in there so who cares". I say "ow". Kelly says "whats wrong". "Give me your hand". Kelly gives me his hand and i plant it on my stomach. "Their kicking". "Yep". "Awe". He says "so you ready to go". I respond. Kelly says "yup". And we head out the door.
Kellys pov:
We leave the house and go to target. We get to target and shay automatically goes to the baby clothes. She picks out a few things than we head over to the crib section. We look at a few cribs and stuff and than shay finds one she likes. Its a beautiful light blue/grey. "How about this one". "Yeah i like that one". "We can just get 2 of the same ones so they will match and we won't have to try to find another one that will". "Good idea". I respond. We pick out some other things like curtains and a couple other things for their room. We check out than head back home. We bring the stuff inside and put it in the babies room. I ask shay if she wants lunch and than we can start putting the stuff together. She says yeah so I decide to make some lunch. We finish eating and than i start taking the crib pieces out of the box to try to get it put together. As I'm looking at the directions matt calls "hey babe". I say in a cheery voice". "Hey babe what are you up to". Atempoto put together these cribs witch seem way more difficult than I planned". He says "i can come over and help if you would like have nothing to do anyway". I say "if you want". He responds "okay be there in like 20 minutes". I say "okay than hang up the phone".
Matts pov:
I get to Kelly's as i walk in i see shay doing something and than i hear a bang coming from the room. I look at shay and than i head to the room. "Everything alright". "This is way harder than I thought it would be". "Let me help I'm sure this can't be to hard considering my side job is contraction" he says "yeah yeah okay". Than hands me the contractions. A hour later we finally have the crib up after Kelly dropping the pieces on his foot a million times. He puts the curtains up and a couple other things than he says "well thats enough for today". "Yeah" i say and chuckle.
Kellys pov:
After i finish putting up the cribs and a couple other things. I talk to Matt for a little while than he says "i have a construction job to look at wanna meet at Molly's later". I say "yeah". Just text me the time. He says "okay". Give me a kiss than leaves. I clean up the mess we made and than played with levi in the back yard for a little while. I chilled at home and made dinner and shay and i ate. I did a couple other things around the house until it was time to head to Molly's. I get to Molly's and greet herrmann and go find matt. We talk for a little while and talked with some other people than i head home because we have shift in the morning. I get home let levi out one more time for 15 minutes. I chilled in the living room talking to shay until 10 pm. I get up brush my teeth than head to sleep because i was extremely tired.
