Astraphobia

Astraphobia - the extreme fear of thunder and lightning. It can affect people of all ages, though it may be more common in children than adults. It's also seen in animals. Many children who have this fear will eventually outgrow it, but others will continue to experience the phobia into adulthood.

And in Karl's case, he couldn't outgrow it.

Quackity and Karl were just sitting outside on their porch when Sapnap came up from behind them and gave them both a kiss on the cheek.

"You both want to come with me? I'm gonna go see Skeppy, Bad, Dream and George." Sapnap asked lovingly, hugging his two lovers.

"Oooo, can I come?" Quackity chirped, smiling the biggest smile he could while still tired.

"Go get dressed then babe" Sapnap smiled. Quackity ran into their shared room to get dressed. "Karl, you wanna come with?"

"No, I think I'll just rest today. I still can't walk well thanks to you and Quackity, and we don't need our friends seeing me unable to walk when we have Skeppy and Dream as friends." Karl sighed, shaking his head but smiling. "You guys have fun, and tell them I said hi okay?"

"Okay..also sorry about the whole can't walk thing." Sapnap chuckled nervously, giving Karl a kiss.

"It's fine." Karl smiled, hugging Sapnap and then asking him to help him up.

"Okay, let's go! Are you coming with Karl?" Quackity asked, jumping into Karl's arms and smiling at him.

"Probably not, but you guys have fun! I wanna work on some of the animated parts of Tales of The SMP. Say hi to everyone for me!" Karl smiled, giving Quackity a quick kiss.

"Okay, love you Karl." Sapnap chuckled, kissing him sweetly before heading to the car and waving goodbye. Quackity followed Sapnap, waving goodbye to Karl before sitting in the car and leaving with his other fiancé.

Karl decided to start the Tales of The SMP episode, and after doing the last of the animating for it he went to lay in his bed and read something.

*BOOM*

Karl froze. Did he just hear thunder?

He looked out the window and saw dark clouds everywhere. He saw the bright lights and started shaking.

'Hide'

That's all he could think. So he did. Karl ran into the bedroom and saw the closet. He ran directly in and hid, climbing as far back as possible before another crash was heard. He curled into a ball and started crying, having a whole dang panic attack in the back of the closet.

Meanwhile, Sapnap and Quackity were still hanging out with Skeppy, Dream, George and Bad when they heard the thunder.

"What was that?" Quackity asked, looking out the window to see dark clouds and lightning.

"Oh, it's storming?" Bad asked, hearing a huge crash and jumping a bit. He just doesn't like loud sounds.

"Yeah. Wait..Sapnap it's storming. Karl's alone." Sapnap immediately got up, realizing what Quackity was saying.

"We need to go" Sapnap said, saying bye to the others before rushing out. Quackity followed shortly after saying bye to everyone.

"Shit shit shit..we left Karl alone and there was a thunderstorm today??" Sapnap cursed, starting the car and driving at speed limit, if not then above.

"Pandas we're almost back, calm down a bit or we're gonna get pulled over. We have to find Karl immediately."

"I'm so fucking stupid I should've checked the weather before we fucking left-" Sapnap was interrupted by Quackity slapping his arm.

"DONT say that. We're almost back, and we're gonna be as comforting as possible for Karl." Quackity sighed, shaking his head. "I feel so bad.."

"Me too.." Sapnap said, putting his eyes back on the road as he nearly crashed.

About 10 minutes later, the usually 20 minute drive was over and the two ran into the house to find Karl. They searched and searched before hearing him crying in the closet. They opened the door and took his hands, pulling him into a tight and calming hug.

Sapnap and Quackity sang for Karl, calling him down as they held him and blocked out the thunder and lightning as much as possible.

He slowly started falling asleep in their arms, still hugging them as close as possible.

"I'm so sorry Karl, we shouldn't have gone." Sapnap whispered, hanging his head guiltily.

"It's..okay.." Karl said in between yawns.

Karl ended up passing out, the three falling asleep in each other's warm embrace.

Andddd..fin! Okay, now that this is over real quick question for you guys.
You have anything specific you want me for Grey to write? Grey is gonna start writing again soon, and I'm not really sure if you guys want something specific written!
