Sapnap knocked on the door, holding the things he had bought from the store in his hand. "Hey baby, can I come in?"
"Mhmm.."
Sapnap walked in with the things from the store, placing it down in front of the room door. He went over to Karl to see him in a huge pillow castle, covered head to toe in pillows and blankets.
"Hey darling, you okay?" He asked. "That pile of blankets and pillows is genuinely impressive. Is it alright if I touch you?"
Karl nodded, tear stains on his cheeks.
Sapnap smiled softly, pushing the hair out Karl's face and kissing his forehead. "Your so warm.." Sapnap sighed.
Karl sighed, looking up at Sapnap with a smile.
"Scale of 1-10, how bad is it? Like, right now?"
"6.." Karl whined, sitting up in his blanket fort and making grabby hands for hugs.
"Oh, love, I'm so sorry, it's that much worse?" Karl nodded. Sapnap held Karl, kissing him on the cheek over and over to comfort the man in front of him. It was around 3 1/2 when he left an hour ago to go pick up things for Karl, and now it has nearly doubled.
"Well..I got everything you needed from the store, and I've got this cute little panda plushie!" Sapnap whispered excitedly. "And, get this, it's a heating pad."
"It's so cute! And it's a heating pad?"
"Mhmm! Do you want me to- oh okay or you can just take it that's fine too-" Sapnap chuckled as Karl took the panda plush from him and snuggled it.
Karl smiled happily, grateful Sapnap would do all this for him. "Thank you, I love it." He sighed, making grabby hands to the man in front of him.
"I'm glad you like it bubs." Sapnap chuckled, holding his boy in his arms and giving him a kiss.
"Mmm, Karl you okay?" Quackity groaned, rubbing his eyes. "Sorry..I fell asleep."
Karl giggled, giving Quackity a kiss on the cheek. "It's okay, you're tired. You've been taking care of me all night.."
Sapnap snuggled up to his fiancé's and have them both a kiss. "Love you both. You get up to anything while I was gone?"
"Just cuddles..and some crying." Karl said, holding his Panda plush and whimpering as he felt more pain. "C-cramp-"
"Oh no, come here bubs.." Quackity said, holding Karl and kissing his forehead as Sapnap came up to hug Karl from behind.
Karl started crying.
"No no, baby please don't cry, it's okay it okay shh.." Sapnap whispered in Karl's ear, kissing his fiancé's neck softly.
Quackity kept giving Karl little face kisses, and wiped the tears from Karl's cheeks.
As Karl calmed down, and his cramps stopped hurting as much, he ended up really sleepy.
"I love you both, so much." Karl sighed, slowly drifting to sleep.
"We love you too little Goose." Sapnap giggled, letting Karl lay back on his chest as he fell asleep.
"Poor Karl.." Quackity sighed as he helped lay Karl down comfortably on the bed. "He has to go through this.."
"He's strong, he's gonna be okay. I just can't imagine the dysphoria he probably feels.." Sapnap mumbled as he snuggled up to Karl. "You wanna sleep with us, Duckie?"
"..mhmm."
