9. You should get married now

"Estella, you should get married now", my mom and dad said. Usually, here people got settled first.

"Common mom, dad, I'm just 19 now isn't it early", I said in an indignant tone.

"It's the right age to marry dear, and now u don't want to do anything for your dreams yourself", mom said while smiling at me.

We had a long discussion and finally, I excepted all this. Now I was going to marry a person and live my new life. I was young but I was excited about my new life. I did win but it was just to defeat Kelly and now I was no longer angry with him or Sam because she made me clear everything. Now it was better to get married and have my own family.

I called Kelly and she said that she would continue music in the USA. She asked if I wanted to join her, but I refused because all of my family was here. My friends Samuel and others. And now I was going to be married also. Now everything was going to be new in my life and I hope before all this I wanted to be good friends with Samuel again, but would it be possible, and would Sam be like he used to be?

The next day:

We were in our English class and I was waiting for the class to end as my friends didn't have this class with me and I had to meet Samuel and solve the problem going on between the two of us as I was getting married right after school ends.

Finally, the class ended and I called Amelda and Emily to meet me at the canteen fast. I walked towards the corridor when I was pushed by Rachel,

She is the prettiest in our class. She was having grey-blue eyes and long golden hair. But one thing that was bad about her was that she had the arrogance and she talked rudely to everyone, especially to me I don't know why. She always wanted to take my position in every phase of life. Even in Samuel's.

"Hey couldn't u just look around while you are walking", she said giving me an annoying look.

"I should ask you the same thing, don't you know that it's forbidden to run in the corridor", I said in an angry tone as I was the school CR so it was my duty to stop her.

"I don't care about your rules, first you look at yourself, if I was running haven't you stopped me, and can't you just look around".

"Just shut up your mouth, otherwise I would talk to the teacher to suspend you".

I was very very rude to her today and we had a long fight. She kept abusing me about everything.

"Estella, why do you get everything I desire? I'm the prettiest in our class but no, everyone has to praise you. You always get that respect that I wished for".

"So that,s not my problem. Respect isn't achieved by beauty Rachel but by our character"

"Stop talking like everyone. I'm not gonna spare you today", she was going to punch me when Samuel arrived from nowhere and stopped her. If he hadn't stopped her she would have nearly killed me.

"what the hell is going on in here?".Samuel raised his voice.

"I don't know ask your damn best friend", Rachel said and left.

I was also going to leave when Samuel stopped me, "Estella, what the hell were you doing with Rachel, I saw everything, weren't you too rude to her".

"Sam it's better to not drag yourself into all this".

"What do you mean I should not drag myself, I should and I would, you have crossed your limits today".

"oh, now you will tell me what I have to do? can't you see what she did, why are you just blaming me for nothing, it was my duty".

"Whatever, why the hell were you talking to her like that, I know that it's your duty but that doesn't mean that you will cross your limits, you have no right to talk to anyone like that", he said in an angry voice.

"Just get lost Samuel, I don't want to talk to you okay". I was very angry at the moment. It was fine up to Kelly but he could not choose Rachel over me. I'm not going to tolerate this anymore.

"Okay don't talk Estella I'm not forcing you to and I don't want to talk to you".

I was so hurt that Sam was talking to me like that. I was going to solve everything and what was happening.

"Okay Sam see you", I said while leaving.

"Go to hell Estella, you're the worst girl I have ever met, you are such a selfish and characterless, I was knowing from the very beginning but I never told you, I was waiting for the right time. See you never Estella, goodbye forever, now you live or die I don't care", he said from behind.

I was broken by his words.

" was I always a selfish girl in his opinion, was I never his best friend, am I characterless who never knew how to talk", I whispered to myself when a tear escaped my eye. Apart from me wanting to go and slap him but I was weeping, I just couldn't control myself, So I let it go and walked towards the canteen. I went inside the canteen and Amelda and Emily were waiting for me.

Amelda's pov:

We were waiting for Estella when I saw her crying very hard at the canteen entrance. I was worried for her and I rushed towards her.

"Estella, what happened? Hey why are you crying?". I asked but she didn't reply she just kept crying and crying.

"I think we should drop her at home and leave her alone for some time. I don't think she is in a good state", Emily whispered into my ear.

"yes, you are right. Help me take her to my car"

We both helped her to get into my car and dropped her home. During the whole journey, she did nothing except cry. I rang the doorbell of her house while Emily stood in the car. Estella's mom opened the door,

"Hi Amelda, hey what happened to her? And why are you people early home, didn't you have your school at this time?',

"Nancy even I don't know what happened to her. I saw her weeping so we decided to drop her home", I replied when Estella left us there and ran towards her room.

"Nancy, do not disturb her, let her be alone for some time. We will come back after some time and talk to her okay?".

"Okay, thanks for dropping her home Amelda. Come inside".

" We have to return to school Nancy, we will come back after school".

"Okay dear, take care", she replied and closed the door.

I went back to my car when Emily said, is she alright? Did you talk to her mom?".

"yes, I talked to her and told her not to disturb her. Now let's head back to school then we will come back"

"yes".
