17. What's important to him more than football?

Author's pov:

"Hey granny, I'm. Back", Estella said while entering the house.

"Come and have some snacks, Estella, I specially prepared for you", granny said while taking her towards the dining table.

Estella had some snacks and right after she also had dinner and went to her room early. She lay on her bed and she was just thinking about the day. She kept thinking about whatever Sam was doing. She was thinking about Sam giving the gift to Kelly but doing something for some other girl and she now knew that the girl was Rachel, but still, she was confused between Kelly and Rachel. These thoughts were roaming in her mind and soon she fall asleep.

"good morning Estella, have you had enough sleep?", granny said while moving her hand on Estella's head.

"yes, granny".

"freshen up and then come and have breakfast"

"Okay, I'll be there in 5 minutes".

Estella quickly ate breakfast and ran for school. She knew that Samuel was going to take Kelly with him and he was going to meet someone to convince him of the music competition, so she quickly went to look for Samuel and Kelly. After finding a lot, she saw them walking toward Samuel's car. They both went somewhere and she followed them. They sat in a restaurant with some other people and Estella also sat beside their table.

Estella's pov:

"Hello, Mr. Adam" Samuel and Kelly said in unison.

"Hello children, tell me fast what you want me to do. I have an important meeting afterward", Mr. Adam said.

"Yes sir, we want you to organize a music competition in our school, "ideal broods", Emily said with a smile.

"But why? why do you want me to do that?".

"Sir because there is a lot of talent in our students, you can also test them. Moreover, you can promote your community as well, so you are also in favor", Kelly replied.

They had a discussion and finally, Mr. Adam agreed to that.

Suddenly Samuel said in a low voice, "excuse me, sir, can I say something more please?".

"Continue boy", Adam said.

Samuel told him that could he just keep the theme for the winner to move to the USA for the album.

"I cannot do that boy, and what's an advantage to us in doing all this?", Adam said in a serious tone.

"Sir please accept the proposal, and you too have an advantage believe me".

"I can explain sir, it's simple...see if you would organize a program, you can promote your community as Kelly said. And if you would accept this theme then you have a great advantage, whosoever will win the competition, he/she will get a chance to sing an album in the US...so you will be famous in the US also because the scheme was by your side...and if they would become a great singer then it would be beneficial to music industry also and all credit will go to your community...hope you understand sir", Samuel said while giving him a hopeful look.

"Okay I will do it, but remember boy...if I can do it for you, then I can also spoil all this if they would not give the credit to us....u better understand and You'll have to arrange the expenses yourself", Adam said seriously.

"Yeah, I understood sir, I promise you that you'll get the credit for sure", Samuel said.

But I could see the fear in his eyes and he was shivering. But I liked his confidence. Hey, am I still praising him? No, he's not a good person. But how could he be so sure about it? It's nice for him that Kelly and I won the performance. Now Sam had to also collect the money. What would he do now and why is he doing all this? What could be the reason behind all this that he's ready for doing anything for someone?

I heard Kelly saying, "Samuel what will we do now...how to arrange the money?"

"I will do anything possible to arrange the money, this thing matters to me the most", Samuel in a serious tone.

He told Kelly to follow him and I too followed them. They reached Samuel's football academy. Samuel was talking to his coach about money.

"Coach, I need your help. I need 40,000 francs".

"I don't have enough money right now to give you dearly but you have come in time. I just now saw an advertisement that if anyone can beat Camillo Tyson(nice footballer), they will get a prize of 50,000 francs", his coach replied.

"I will compete coach and I will win and I have to win it anyhow".

Author's pov:

Samuel prepared himself and reached the place and Estella also got there and sat between the audience. Sam played the match very efficiently and finally, he won the match and got the check for ₹50,000. He was so so happy. He was jumping for joy. Then both of them left and Estella kept following them. They picked up Daniel, Emily, and Amelda on the way and reached her home.

She was going through the same incidents that took place on that day and at last Sam said to Estella that a music competition was going on and he also said that his football finals were going to be on the same day but he was not going to play because of some important work.

"That means Sam is just leaving his football match there because of this competition", she whispered to herself.

But she was confused about why was Sam organizing it. and for what reason? Rachael had nothing to do with singing neither did Samuel. Was Samuel doing it for Kelly? but then why would he take help from her only? All these thoughts were roaming in her mind like the stars.
