19. The truth is revealed

Author's pov:

Now finally little Estella had won the competition so she had to move to the USA with Kelly.

Meanwhile, Estella in the parallel world went towards her home and hid on the balcony of her room. Little Estella came and started packing. Soon she went down and Estella followed her and hid behind a pole in the lobby. Her dad and mom were talking to little Estella about her marriage. She told them that she would sing for the album in the USA and then she will get married right after her school ends. As she was the kind of person that didn't think about the job just because she was going to marry into a rich family and she even didn't have to work at home as they were having servants for all that, so she wanted to stay at home and enjoy her life... Today also she didn't feel like she had to do some kind of work but because of that day she's used to it now and independence is a must for her... after all, she's pursuing her dream,i.e, singing. When they were talking Samuel came in,

"Good day guys. I'm here for important work".

They all welcomed him and had some snacks when Samuel said,

"Estella I wanted to give 10,000 cash to you for your journey. Or maybe you'll use them for other needs".

"No Sam. Thanks but she doesn't need this money. You keep it for yourself", John replied.

"John this is not my money, it's Estella's money only...this was given by the USA association for her winning...now I came here to give it to her".

"Oh, ok dear. Thanks for coming", Nancy replied with a big smile on her face.

"Wait! 10,000 francs... could this be the money that was left with Samuel?...because he got 50,000 francs at the price and he only needed 40,000 francs....but why had he given it to me?...he could have kept it for himself and after all, he had a full right on the money as it was his achievement...and if he gave it to me then why did he lie about the money?...this all was confusing", Estella kept thinking...

Finally, little Estella left with Kelly for the USA, and Estella went back to granny's house....until little Estella came back from the US, Estell in the parallel world spent time with granny. She also helped her with gardening but somewhere her mind was diverted by all the things roaming in her mind.

Everything was turning around. She was confused about why did Sam want her to go away from his life?...why was he also helping her?...and if he wanted to break the friendship then he could have told her directly. Why did he do all this Chaos for keeping her away?....if he would have told her directly maybe she would have been fighting with him or she would have gotten hurt, but not this much.... After all, in the end, he broke her heart, what was the fun of doing all this then?....all these questions were going on in her mind....

When little Estella came back from the US she was so happy and she had also been given the offer to continue music in the US. But she didn't agree just because her family and friends were all in Paris and her dream was just to sing for an album and she did it and she wanted to get settled now. So her family also did not have any objection and they were ready for Estella's marriage right after her school ends.

"Today is the worst day of my life...as I know today what the hell Sam is going to do. I wish I could stop, little Estella please don't go to school today...I wish I could tell her that today is going to be the worst for her", Estella whispered to herself.

Little Estella made up her mind that today she will clear all things with Sam because now she had finals and her school was going to end and she had to get married. She quickly ate breakfast and went to school. The same events were happening that happened to Estella 3 years ago.

Somewhere she knew that today she would get to know something about the Incident and there is something that has been hiding from her behind Sam's behavior. So after little Estella left crying, she quickly went towards the canteen. Soon Sam also got there. He sat down with Amelda, Daniel, Kelly, and others. He was crying.

Estella's pov:

"Sam please don't cry, I understand you are also hurt but you have done nothing wrong, you should control your emotions", Daniel said.

Then Sam replied,

" I have done all this because of the betterment of Es. She was, is, and always would be my best buddy. I just did all this drama so that she could return to the US because of my anger. I did it intentionally so that her heart should break so that she could continue music in the US. I didn't want her to get married yet and spoil her future. I did all for her. I organized this competition for her".

He couldn't stop crying because he was not happy with the reason why I continued my music. Because it drifted us apart.

"Samuel, how could anyone do this much for anyone? You are so true. You left your football for her, that meant everything to you, ...this is the purest form of friendship Sam. Don't worry, your intentions were so true and pure, I believe that everything will be okay with time", Amelda said while tears were rolling down her face.

"Guys promise me that you'll never let Estella know about all this", Sam said.

Everyone else present there was crying as Sam helped me but the reason spoiled our friendship. Even I couldn't stop crying. I was feeling so bad for myself.

"How could I doubt our so true friendship? how could I think anything like that about Sam? He was concerned about me from the very beginning but just I couldn't see it. He even gave that remaining money to me that was the achievement of his hard work, that all was for me".

I took my keys and started my car. I was not in order. I was crying so much when my car collided with a tree. And I could remember that it was the same place where I had my accident before I came to my past.
