WHEN THE END BECAME HER ONSET...

16. Mingled confusions

I woke up a fine morning but I wanted to sleep more. Suddenly I realized that I had to follow Samuel and Daniel because they were going to meet Kelly today. Without wasting any time I quickly went downstairs.

"Good morning granny, I need to borrow your car" since I had already parked my car in the garage because it was Estella's car in this world.

"Good morning Estella, okay no issues but have some breakfast first", she said very politely.

Since I was in a hurry and I was already late so I just took a piece of bread with me for granny's happiness and quickly went to look for Samuel. "But where would I find him?... Emm... Yeah! I know where he would be. Of course, doing football practice".

Author's pov:

Estella went to look for Sam at the football ground where he plays and yes he was there as usual. Suddenly she saw little Estella(3 years back) coming towards Sam. To her, it seemed like everything was going on again. Then little Estella scolded Sam as happened that day and Sam kept hiding and ran away from her without listening. Then one of his teammates called him and Sam told him that he had some work.

"What could be the work that's more important to Sam than football?... I could not find any other work that is more important to Samuel instead of football", Estella whispered to herself.

She followed Samuel and he reached the same city park and she also went inside. She saw him meeting Daniel and Emily but Amelda was not there. She felt a sigh of relief that at least Amel was not there with them.

Estella's pov:

" Love you Amel, my true friend. But I'm sorry that I even didn't dare to call you for three years just because I was busy and I didn't want to tell you about that day and I didn't want to spoil Samuel's reputation. And I knew that if I ever called you, you would talk about the day", I whispered to myself. Anyways,

I heard Samuel saying to Emily, "Hey did you prepare the present?, I need to give it to her today only".

Huh...who is her...and whom they are talking about. Wait, could it be Rachael?...yes for sure they are talking about Rachael. Samuel hurt me that day just because of my rude behavior toward Rachael. I was wondering if it is Kelly but now I know that Kelly is just for the help and now I knew that Rachel was the girl for whom Samuel is doing something. But it was okay up to Kelly, after all, we hadn't any fight or something like that...but Rachael, how could Sam do it for the worst girl? I hate her the most...how could Sam do this to me?.

Finally, Emily said that she has prepared the gift and she gave it to Samuel.

"Okay then, see you guys later", Emily said while leaving...

Soon Samuel and Daniel also left and I went following them. They went to the same cafeteria beside our school. As it was Wednesday so there were hardly some people there, so they felt comfortable talking there.

"Hey nice to see you two again, you can continue with your talk", Kelly said while passing a chair towards Sam.

"Hey I want you to help me, you have to do something", Samuel said while passing a gift to Kelly.

"Thanks for the present, what do you want me to do?", Kelly said with a smile.

" you have to organize a music competition", Samuel said with nervousness.

"What, music competition...and I have to organize that?... Explain to me please", Kelly said surprisingly.

"Yes, you have a pleasant voice and you have to help me organize the competition".

"Where did you hear me singing and how could I help you organize the competition?..".

"Don't mind but you were a new student in our class so we had gathered information about you and I heard you singing when it was your first day in school. I thought you are the only one who can help me and you might be having contact with some music programmers, so you just need to convince them to organize a competition in our school", Samuel said with a slight smile.

"Okay but for whom do you have to organize all this?", Kelly said.

"I would let you know with time but please help me and you can also participate right...you also have a chance so there is an advantage to you too". Sam said.

"Okay fine I would be happy to help...now just tell me what I exactly have to do?".

"Thanks. Listen, you have to talk to some music programmers about that could they organize a function in our school and keep the scheme that the winner would be given a chance to sing for an album in the USA. You have to convince them anyhow", Samuel said in a serious tone.

"That means that the program was organized by Sam with the help of Kelly...but why?", I whispered to myself.

"It's fine up to the program but how could I tell them directly about the scheme, wouldn't they tell me what's an advantage for them in doing all this?", Kelly asked.

"Okay, you just talk about the program, leave the scheme up to me...I know how to manage that thing", Sam replied.

"Okay keep updating me. See you tomorrow in school", Sam said and all of them left.

So that gift was not for Rachael, instead, it was for Kelly. Was that a salary for doing his work...Huh...but what would be the reason for organizing a music competition?. What has Rachael to do with it? She has nothing to do with music. What the hell is Samuel doing? He told Kelly to participate... I'm going to die now, could Samuel be doing all this for Kelly? I'm confused about what the hell is he doing...I just can't understand what exactly is going on in his mind. Let's wait for tomorrow.
