"What happened after I left? Why is he passed out on the couch?"

"He probably passed out after you scared him with your shaking."

"Shut up!"

The sounds of voices drew Charlie back to the land of the living. His eyes opened and he blinked a few times before he focused on the room around him. It was easy to tell where he was now, he was in the pack house in La Push. Now Twilight gets a lot of hate but Charlie loved the Pack. Without the sparkling vampires, it was a decent movie saga. Unfortunately that was pretty much what all the movies were about, expect New moon. Anyways. Charlie slowly sat up while rubbing his head a bit.

"Your awake. That's good." A soft feminine voice spoke to the left of him making Charlie turn to see Emily walking over to him. The rest of the pack was right behind the alpha female. "Are you alright? You gave us all a big scare." She smiled down at him.

"I'm sorry about that.." Charlie spoke quietly, unused to his new voice. "I don't remember much.." he looked away from her to the group of men behind her. "Where am I?" Charlie figured the best way to play it off was to make them believe he had no idea what was going on. It just seemed like to much of a hassel to try and explain what was going on with himself. It was his 8th life now, how was he going to explain seven other deaths and the fact that this is his first day in a male body?

"What's the last thing you remember?" Sam stepped forward and joined Emily's side as she sat down on the coffee table in front of Charlie.

"Um I woke up in the woods. I wondered around for a while until I came to the beach where.." Charlie paused and turned back to the guys who were in the room. Paul was standing behind him, behind the couch. "I was hit with a ball.." he said looking back to Sam and Emily. "I don't remember anything from before I woke up in the woods." Charlie said as he shifted a bit on the couch. He rubbed his hands on his legs a bit as he felt awkward just sitting there with everyone looking at him.

"You don't remember anything? Like how you got there or where you live or what your name is?" Seth spoke up as he bounced over and took the spot next to him. Charlie looked at the young male and nearly spooned at the sight of how innocent he looked.

"Well I remember my name. It's Charlie. But other then that, nothing." Charlie said taking his eyes off Seth and turned to look at Sam and Emily. He wasn't lying, technically. Charlie didn't really know anything about what this body did before hand. He had no identification or even a cell phone on him. So the new body could have just been dropped in this world like he had been before hand but seeing as it wasn't his normal female body, he had is doubts.

"We checked your pockets for a wallet or anything but we didn't find anything." Sam said as he held a straight face.

"Whoa you had your hands in my pants?" Charlie asked jokingly.

"I did actually." Paul spoke up from behind him. Charlie turned his head to see a smirk on his face. It caused a bright blush to come to his face before he quickly turned away from the flirty wolf and faced forward. A few people in the room chuckled at the interaction between the pair.

"I suppose we can take you down to the police station to get you finger printed and see if they can ID you." Emily suggested. "Until you figure out your home life, you can stay in our spare room if you'd like?"

"I don't want to put you out.." Charlie spoke softly shifting in his spot again.

"Don't be silly. We couldn't just let you stay out in the cold with out even shoes." Emily said before standing up. "I need to go finish up dinner." And with that the Alpha female left the living room, leaving only the pack and Charlie.

"I have some clothes that should be able to fit you here if you want to change out of those." Sam said grabbing the pile of clothing that had been sitting on a side table before handing them to Charlie. "You can shower to if you want. Paul can you show him to the bathroom?" Sam said sending a pointed look to Paul.

"Sure follow me." Paul said before walking off. Charlie quickly hurried after the hotheaded wolf. The house wasn't that big so the only had to walk down a hallway for a moment before Paul stopped at a door and opened it to show the bathroom. "I wanted to apologize for before. If I scared you I mean." He said leaning up against the wall.

"No you didn't. I was just freaking out about not knowing where I was." Charlie lied as he turned to face Paul. He wasn't sure why Paul instantly started shaking when he saw him. For a minute he was worried that he was somehow a vampire without him even knowing it. But the others would have attacked him if that was the case and he wouldn't have been able to pass out.

"I'm Paul by the way." Paul said after a moment of just watching Charlie.

"Charlie.." he said awkwardly. It was weird as Charlie already knew about the whole pack so getting their names now just felt weird.

"I also hope you know I didn't like.. feel you up or anything when I was looking for your wallet." Paul said just as Charlie started to walk into the bathroom.

"I was joking." Charlie said turning back to face Paul. "Besides you don't really hit me as the gay type." He said just trying to wave off the awkward moment.

"Well maybe you aren't looking hard enough." Paul said before winking and walking away from Charlie.

Charlie stepped in the bathroom, closing the door behind him and leaned up against the door. Did that really just happen? Did Paul Lahote just hint at being gay? Well he had to be at least Bi seeing as he was known with flirting with girls, and his imprint is supposed to be one of the Black sisters. Charlie couldn't remember for the life of him. However that left his mind quickly as he placed the new clothes on the sink and took the moment to take in his new appearance. He ran his hand over his jaw line as he looked closely at himself. Charlie had a few features from his original body, so it made him think that he was in his real body. It was just a male version of himself. After undressing and admiring the rest of his body, Charlie finally jumped in the shower.
