The Visitors

Merrick's POV

Hunter, Cassandra and I got back to pack territory and headed to the infirmary to have a chat with Agatha. Her and Dr Hannah would need to be put on alert with all the additional people coming in for training amongst other things.

Much to Hunter's dislike. Madison and Tom stayed behind. Tom, despite having Brooklyn as his mate decided to stay with Madison at the cabin for a bit, just so that things could calm down.

Madison had promised to come through to visit Rayne. Knowing full well she would be unable to stay away from both Hunter and Rayne for too long.

After chatting with the ladies, Agatha came back to the pack house with us to see just how many visitors they would need to prep for.

The only visitor I was really worried about though was Vivienne. How did she manage to get sent here without any issues. Surely Ryder had had a serious chat about her behavior with her father? Or was her father as desperate as her?

Either way. Cass and I would need to keep a close eye on her. She was trouble, so trouble we had to prepare for and I wasn't going to take any chances.

I look at Cass and nod my head in Agatha's direction and she nods back. She walks over to Agatha and links her arms around hers and tugs her off in another direction to us.

"We'll catch up." Cass says to us before she pulls Agatha away.

I look over to my friend as we approach the front of the house.

"Let's get this over with, shall we." I say to him showing that I am as annoyed at the news of that bitch being back as he is. He's eyes are already straining to keep Chase back and he hasn't even laid eyes on her yet.

I place a comforting hand on his shoulder and confidently tell him. "We've got this." However, I don't smile, knowing we have our work cut out for us.

He nods, not saying anything and we head inside, hearing the chatter of a large group of people coming from the living room area.

Hunter's POV

I don't mind having others come for training. I know at this very point in time, it's more essential than not but the thought of that woman being here urks me beyond anger.

We walk into the living room following the noise of conversation, which simmers down drastically once we walk into the room.

"Logan. What's been sorted out so far?" I inquire through mind link.

"Accommodation and introductions. Well, apart from you and Merrick." Logan mind links back.

Great, of course not much was sorted out. The main person needed for their visit was Merrick. As I'm about to open my mouth the room's chatter completely stops with the last few sounds being that of gasps. I turn noticing people raising a hand over their mouths to hide some form of fear. I carry on turning only to notice that Agatha and Cassandra have entered the room. I smiled at how the two women effected the atmosphere. Glad that they were apart of my family. If I wanted this group's attention, I sure as hell had it now.

I turn back to the visitors standing in front of me in our living room and raise both my hands slightly to let them know that there is nothing sinister about what they were now staring at.

"Ok, welcome everyone. I believe Logan, my beta has done most of the introductions. However, there are a few more you will need to become familiar with while you are here." With that everyone's eyes were back on me.

I motion towards Merrick who steps forward.

" This is Merrick. The pack Delta. He will be in charge of the training. " He nods his head at the group but stays silent.
