Madison agreed to keep watch on the band that had now settled itself well away from the pack's boarder so that Hunter could go organize everyone for the next phase of the plan.

Ryder had already secured the alliances of the other shifter packs across the country, both the ones who had been attacked and the ones that hadn't. He had reassured everyone that the alliances he had made would stand and be fruitful.

However, Ryder was unsure that that would be enough. They needed numbers. There needed to be no way out for the Forge. All their resources needed to be cut. They needed to stand with what they had and nothing more.

Before Hunter got back to the pack house he mind linked his friends and Ryder to meet him out in the forest. Away from Vivienne.

Ryder's POV

I organised for us to head out to go meet with my brother. Leaving the women behind, except Agatha and Cassandra to keep Vivienne distracted so she wouldn't notice our departure into the forest.

Once gathered just out of sight we head together to where we were told my brother would be.

Finding him was easy. The smell of arousal and sex surrounded him like a smoke signal. It made me smile and remember when Savanah and I had first found each other. We couldn't keep our hands off of each other. I had to chuckle, which caught Cassandra's attention.

"Ghastly isn't it. The smell of sex when there's no-one in your bed." She states laughing.

Looks like I'm not the only one who can smell him.

We reach the meeting point and Hunter is immediately scolded at by both Cassandra and Agatha, telling him he had better wash up before coming home.

" Goddess Hunter! Now I can't leave you two alone for a second without having to smell your aftermath." Taunts Cassandra who was playfully shaking her head making everyone laugh and my brother blush like a cooked lobster.

My brother opening his mouth like a flailing fish out of water but gets stopped by a hand being raised.     "No. No. Please, that's on a need to know basis and we do not need to know." Cassandra interjects him.

We all bust out laughing once again. Cassandra is a real card. I hope she manages to find a mate, especially now that she willingly lives amongst wolves.

The laughter soon dies down as the conversation turns to the topic on hand.

With suggestions being thrown out there from everyone here.

"We need solid numbers. I don't want those people to have anywhere to run to, no-one to turn to." I state with frustration.

Everyone falls silent for a few moments.

"I can go visit a few covens." Agatha suggests. Yes, witches, we could use their help and it would be for their benefit as well.

" OK, if we're doing that then I can try my kind." Says Cassandra.

I disappear into my thoughts. This would be great if we managed to get them on our side. We would definitely be cutting off the Forges places to hide.

" What terms are you on with your covens? " I ask both to Agatha and Cassandra.

They look at each other and then back at me. Cassandra was the first to reply.

"I've been gone a while," She shrugs. "But, a vampire is a vampire. We're not as." She trails off trying to find the words. "As territorial as you wolves are." She then smiles and offers me a wink, to which I just chuckle at.

"Same here. Only I've been gone for a very long time. It might take some convincing." Agtha tells her side.

I look at Hunter who looks like he was worried about the two of them. I can tell in his eyes that if he were to let them do this, that he wasn't comfortable letting them do it alone and I must admit, I agreed with that look in his eyes. They might be a vampire and a witch but they were family.
