- SHOWERS OF AFFECTION

Sana's pov:

It's been a couple of days since I've sort of moved in. They were quite peaceful actually. Nothing really has happened.

Remus and I often left for hogsmeade in the afternoon, it gave me a chance to speak with my friends and a chance to get out of the house.

Except Hermione. She was never out anymore, always with Harry and Ron. I don't hold it against her, not at all. She's after a good cause.

Just sometimes I miss her. So much. I haven't lost her, but I'm not exactly sure I still have her as well.

She's definitely someone who i'm willing to sacrifice my life for, I just wish I could remind her of it. But I still see her occasionally, it was more of a 'Hi' 'Hey' type of thing though.

Still, it is nice going out. Madi is great company. And Isabelle, she's beginning to form her own friend group with Pansy and a couple other wizards. I'm happy for her.

Of course, it wasn't so easy for Sirius. I do really feel for him, we all do. My mum keeps him company though.

It isn't wise for her to go out herself, as she's believed to be dead.

According to Hermione, things at Hogwarts haven't been pretty great. She told me a girl named Katie Bell was cursed. No one knows who did it.

Apparently it was some gold necklace that cursed her, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't made for her. If anything it was a death eater's failed attempt to hex someone of much more importance.

She's lucky she's alright, though. I'm sure Hogwarts wouldn't appreciate yet another assassination.

Remus comes into the room with two mugs in his hands, his coat and hair both wet from the storm that still hasn't passed.

"Sorry love, they didn't have decaf. I got you hot chocolate instead." He apologises and takes a seat next to me, handing me the mug. "You're adorable Remus, really." I smile.

He cocks his head. "I do try."

I stretch my legs that were on the couch onto his lap, he adjusts himself and rests his hands on my legs. "So, where's Padfoot?"

"Where do you think he is?" I add sarcastically. "No way he's still in bed. It's five in the afternoon for god's sake." Remus stares in surprise.

"At least it gives us some time alone." I smile, getting up and sitting next to him. His arm was around my shoulder and my head was on his.

He raises his eyebrows. "And what exactly do you have in mind?" He questions. I grin and pull him off the couch.

Hands tangled, I lead him to the front door. "Do you have the keys?" He nods and tosses them to me, I catch them.

Biting my lower lip, I drag him out the door and begin sprinting towards a small hill just a couple blocks away.

I used to go there with Isabelle when we were small, it was only just a couple weeks ago that I realised it was so close to where Remus lives.

Figured I'd show it to him. It is quite beautiful after all.

"Are you dense, it's pouring out here!" Remus calls from a distance, but I was already too soaked in the excitement to care. No pun intended.

"Almost like that's the entire point. Come on, don't be a grump, join me!" I shout back, smiling as I watch him run over to me.

He crashes against my body and we both laugh as we fall onto the wet grass. "You're insane, you know that?" He whispers, turning his head towards me.
