They all go back to their normal jobs, while Jack stays with Gibbs.

Jack: "Don't ever do that to me again."

Gibbs: "I'll try."

Jack: "Gibbs, I want to know one thing, what the hell keeps you alive?"
Gibbs: "Well I'm no good with anatomy, so that's a Ducky question."

Jack: "That's not what I meant."
Gibbs: "Luck."
Jack: "Obviously someone wants you down here."
Gibbs: "I don't know if that's a good thing."

Jack: "Dr. Mallard told me everything."
Gibbs: "What do you-"
Jack: "The things you've been through."

Gibbs: (Clears his throat) "By everything you mean?"

Jack: "Everything from, your mother dying, to you getting shot in paris, to being blown up in Kuwait, to being shot by a 12 year old boy in Iraq."

Gibbs: "Everything."
Jack: "Why didn't you tell me?"
Gibbs: "It's hard to talk about."

Jack: "Oh Gibbs."
Gibbs: "Are you okay?"
Jack: "What do you mean?"

Gibbs: "Are you hurt?"

Jack: "No, no I'm not, thanks to you."
Gibbs: "Good-agh."

Jack: "Need me to get a doctor?"
Gibbs: "No."

Gibbs: "I got a question, did Torres come in here?"

Jack: "How'd you know?"
Gibbs: "Heard him."

Jack: "Ahh."
Gibbs: "Never knew he thought that way."

Jack: "They all think of you that way, you know that right?"
Gibbs: "I-aghh."
Jack: "I'm getting a doctor."

Jack gets the doctor.

Doctor: "What's wrong Agent Sloane?"
Jack: "Gibbs, he's in pain and is too stubborn to admit it."
Doctor: "Okay, I'll be in soon."

Jack goes back into Gibbs' room to find Fornell

Fornell: "Hey Jack."

Jack: "Fornell. You two start dating?"
Fornell: "The nurse thought we were."
Jack: (Amused look on her face)

Gibbs: "Long story."

Fornell: "I gotta head out."
Jack: "Hot date?"
Fornell: "Maybe.."
Jack: "Oooh, who is she?"
Fornell: "Nope"
Jack: "Oh come on."
Fornell: "N-"
Gibbs: "He's seeing SecNav."

Jack and Fornell: "WHAT!"
Jack: "You're dating who?"

Fornell: "You know?!"
Gibbs: "I've known for 5-agh-years Tobias."

Jack: "You knew!?"
Gibbs: "I'm not blind."
Fornell; "It doesn't matter, I'm leaving."
Jack: "Fornell and SecNav, who would've known."
Gibbs: "Eh."
Jack: "Doctor will be in, in a minute."
Doctor: "How are you feeling Agent Gibbs?"
Gibbs: "Been better."
Doctor: "We're going to give something for the pain, now it might make you tired, but it'll help."
Jack: "Thanks Doc."

Doctor: "Yeah."

The doctor leaves

Jack: "Try to get some rest Gibbs."
Gibbs: "You-you should home, get some sleep Jack, been a long cou-agh-couple of days."
Jack: "I'm staying right here."
Gibbs: "Okay."
