"Seriously? Pineapple on pizza? We've talked about this. Fruit does not belong on pizza, especially pineapple." Jenn exclaimed, grinning at Steve.

"Are you crazy? How many times do I have to tell you, you don't get to have an opinion on Hawaiian pizza without actually trying it." He replied.

Even being together, Steve and Jenn's playful child-like banter remained. It was adorable, and they were honestly perfect together. Jenn's mood had definitely lifted since she started dating Steve, and they began to lean on each other for support, as Cedric and I did.

Olivia, Oliver, Steve, Jenn, Cedric and I planned a triple date in The Three Broomsticks for next week, Saturday. We were all super excited to get to spend more time with each other. The last time we went to The Three Broomsticks, that past Sunday, was the last time we all got to hang out.

I knew Cedric was more than prepared for the third task, because he spent every living, waking moment studying spell books and physically practicing on me, anything that could possibly be help for the Tournament.

I could happily say he was getting more sleep, now that he'd gotten some time to... relieve his stress, and he began to pay more attention in class. I was happy he was letting himself relax. He deserved it.

Steve, Jenn and I were playing a game of cards while Cedric showered.

"Let's just agree to disagree." Jenn announced, throwing her hands up. We all burst into laughter, as we let time pass us by.

"God, these days have been slipping away like gold in my pocket." I sighed. "The task is in, like, five days."

"I know, right? At least once it's over, it's over." Jenn replied, placing a king of hearts down on our pile.

"Yeah." I breathed, then took a sip of my cinnamon tea. I was getting addicted to it, honestly, drinking two to three cups a day.

"Hey, I'm going to go back to the dorm now. Y/n, come with?" Jenn asked, placing the rest of her cards down onto the table.

"Come on, you would've won!" Steve explained, looking down at her cards. She smiled.

"I know, but I'm tired." She replied. "Do you know where Olivia is?" I thought for a moment.

"Probably hanging out with Oliver and the twins in their dorm, I expect." I replied. "And, yeah, I'll come with you. Goodnight, Steven."

Steve stood up, grabbed Jenn by the waist, and pulled her in for a kiss. "'Night y/n, 'night J." He said.

I waved him off, as Jenn and I entered our dorm. She collapsed onto her four-poster with a content sigh.

"Isn't he just perfect?" Jenn asked, in a daze. These days, Jenn just couldn't stop talking about him. It wasn't annoying or anything. I quite liked having her talk for a change. It made me feel less annoying, how I always raved on about my own life.

"For you, yes. I'm glad you two are together, and I'm happy that you're happy." I answered, chuckling.

"It's weird, I mean time goes by so fast. I met Steve just in November, but look at us now, in June dating. And, for the record, he's a much better kisser, boyfriend, mind you, than Draco ever was." She exclaimed.

I laughed, getting changed into my pajamas. "So... I guess this isn't really my business, but..." I sort of trailed off, hoping I wouldn't have to say it. Plus, they teased me like hell when Cedric and I first did.

"Not, yet. But, soon." She giggled, tying her hair up into a loose bun.

"Time has gone by really fast, hasn't it? I couldn't tell you one person whose company I actually enjoyed until this year. I met you on the first day, and, wow, we haven't even known each other for a year, but look how far we've come. I don't mean to sound cliche, but I guess it's true what they say. It's not how long you've known someone that defines friendship, it's growing together, and being there for each other that makes you best friends." I smiled.
