"It's the first day back, and I already miss break." Jenn groaned, with her face in her pillow. "I'm too tired to function."
"Well, maybe if you didn't stay up all night in the common room arguing about Uno with Draco, you'd've gotten a better sleep." I chuckled, tying my tie in the mirror. "You've got to get up."
"I don't wanna." She whined. Olivia smirked at me, then picked up her pillow. I look at her with a grin, realizing what she was about to do. She quietly crept over to Jenn's bed and roughly hit her repeatedly with the pillow. "Hey! What are you doing?!"
"Getting you up!" Olivia laughed. Jenn shielded her face when she turned around.
"Alright, alright, I'm up!" She replied. "Just put the weapon down!" Everyone chuckled.

It was February thirteenth and the second task was to be held on February twenty-fourth. Homework was piling up. It seemed as though the teachers didn't even care there was a death-defying tournament going on.
Cedric had updated the group on the egg clue situation. He knew he would need to breathe underwater for an hour and remembered learning something in Charms class that would do the trick.
I sat in History of Magic, zoned out, thinking of the task to come. Many months ago Cedric had managed to pass the first task, a dragon, by using transfiguration. I wondered if he would be able to conquer the second task as well as he did the first.
I worried about Cedric's safety, and had expressed it to him. He told me not to worry and he had it all covered. He did get second place in the first task, after all. He was smart, and talented. I had faith in him, though I knew that it was very possible he could get hurt.
I jumped at the feeling of someone tapping on my shoulder. I turned around and Olivia was looking at me with a smile. She held her History of Magic textbooks in her hands and her bag was draped around her left shoulder. Is it already the end of class?
"What're you doing, just sitting here? It's lunch! You're usually out of this class before anyone else." Olivia chuckled.
"Right, yeah. I just zoned out." I admitted. Standing up, I put my books in my bag and bunched my parchment in one of it's smaller pockets. I sighed and walked out of class with Olivia at my side.
"Liv?" I asked, looking down.
"Yeah?" She replied, turning into the Great Hall. I sighed.
"Do you ever get worried about Oliver when he plays Quidditch? You know, like if he got hit with a bludger?"
"Yeah, all the time. But he's been hit too many times to count and he's okay. I mean maybe messed up in the head a little," she joked. "but besides that, perfectly fine. I know he won't get too hurt."
I nodded. Olivia turned to me and gave me a sympathetic look. I looked away avoiding eye contact.
"I'm worried about the tournament." I said. Olivia bit her lip at my watery eyes.
"Oh, y/n/n, don't cry." She said. I sniffled, running my finger over your lower lash line, wiping the tears away.
"Don't worry, I won't. Not in the Great Hall." I sighed, getting closer to where Steve, Cedric, and Jenn were already sitting. "I'm just getting nervous, you know with the second task inching closer and closer."
"I know, and I get it. But, remember last time you got nervous about the task, he did great. And we all know he's got the skill to do great again." Olivia explained, running a hand up and down my back, briefly.
