In Fangtasia, music blasted through the speakers, vampires and humans dancing, drinking and having a good time. Eric sat in his large chair on the stage as his customers enjoyed their evening, Morgan sitting on his lap, her legs thrown over the arm of the chair, a book in one hand and an Old Fashioned in the other. It was easy for her to block out the noise of the music, as well as the lingering thoughts if the humans in the bar, and Eric found it amusing that she was reading instead of dancing like he had expected. The vampire was looking at his Blackberry, his other hand on Morgan's knee, thumb caressing her soft skin, a blonde woman in a black shirt approached the two of them,

"Excuse me?" the blonde woman asked, causing Eric to look up from his Blackberry "may I take a picture of you?"

A male vampire, with tattoos on his arms and long black hair, is behind and to the right of the blonde woman, Eric putting the small devise down and facing her, slightly adjusting Morgan on his lap. He reached up, removing the scrunchie from Morgan's hair, letting it fall down to the small of her back, then looking at the blonde,

"You may" Eric said

The blonde woman took out a pink camera phone from her purse, opening it, and pointing it at Eric and Morgan to take their picture. With lightning speed, the long-haired vampire grabs the woman's camera phone and smashes it to pieces against a nearby table to her left, glaring at her,

"No pictures!" The long-haired vampire said

"He said I could take it" she replied, looking at him

"I did not say you could keep it" Eric replied

A smile slowly made it's way to Morgan's lips, her shoulders beginning to shake as laughter bubbled in her, Eric and the long-haired vampire smile and laugh at the blonde woman, and she walks away.

"You're mean" Morgan commented, giggling lightly when he pulled her closer

When she had finished with her work at the library, Morgan closed up and Eric took her to a restaurant so she could get something to eat, which she thought was a nice gesture. After that, the two of them returned to Fangtasia where he fed from her in his office, a place where she felt was the most private, Eric making sure to be as gentle as he could be while he did. Since then, she had been on his lap with her nose buried in a book. She took a sip of her drink, a content sigh emitting from her nose as she lowered her glass, her eyes suddenly snapping away from the words of the book to the wall in front of her as she felt a presence enter the bar. One that felt too familiar. Morgan looked over toward the entrance of the bar, closing her eyes and dropping her head back with a small groan,

"Something wrong, älskling?" Eric asked

"More like someone" Morgan replied, lifting her head to look at him "I'll take care of it"

Morgan placed her bookmark in her book, marking the place where she left off before closing it, downing the rest of her Old Fashioned and getting up from Eric's lap, something she really didn't want to do. She jumped off the stage, weaving her way through the people dancing on the dancefloor, Eric's eyes following her every movement as he held on to her book. Jason sat alone at the bar, sweaty and nervous,

"Can I get you another?" Longshadow asked as Jason finished the last of his bottle of beer

"No" Jason answered "but I will have somethin' stronger" Longshadow leaning in closer for clarification "not Tru Blood, but really strong. You know what I'm sayin'?"

"We've got Kentucky straight bourbon, whiskey" the bartender replied "hundred proof. It'll turn the lining right off your stomach"

"Uh, yeah. Somethin' stronger than that" looking at him "but you know, a different color?"

"Just tell me what the you want, little boy!" beginning to become irritated

"Somethin' closer to the color of the walls in here" continuing to look at the bartender

"Keep asking and your blood will paint the walls" Morgan spoke as she stood next to him, setting her glass on the bar "I'll have another Old Fashioned, you know how I like it" giving Longshadow a smile

The bartender have her a small nod, taking her glass and preparing her drink, the white haired woman turning her head, looking at Jason, who had been looking at her with wide eyes.

"What the fuck are you doing here?" She asked bluntly

"I – I could ask you the same" he stuttered "what are you doing in a vampire bar?"

"Not looking to score, for one" crossing her arms over her chest "plus, you don't need to know where I hang out"

"I'm your brother" his eyes hardening

"So brothers slap their sisters?" raising an eyebrow

"I tried to apologize" his voice slightly raising

"No you didn't" she scoffed "you never tried to apologize. And guess what?" lowering her voice "I can smell it on you" his eyes widening slightly as he leaned back "I smelled it on you as soon as you started taking it, Gran would be ashamed"

"What about your weed truffles?" He countered

"They help me sleep you dumb fuck" she shot back "and Gran knew about that. Hell, she was happy that I have a solution that actually helps me sleep"

He opened his mouth to speak again, but Morgan held up a finger, watching as a dazed look slowly formed on his features. Her wrist slowly bent, pointing at him and slowly moving her hand, his gaze following.

"Leave Fangtasia" Morgan said firmly "don't come back here. And don't ever tell Sookie I hang out here"

Jason slowly for up from his seat, walking out of the bar without another word, Morgan dropping her hand, watching as a brunette woman followed him. Rolling her eyes slightly, Morgan turned toward the bar, giving Longshadow another smile as he slid her drink over to her, allowing her to grab the glass and walk toward the dancefloor. Once again, she weaved her way through the crowd walking up the stage, Eric holding out a hand for her, causing her to take it with her free hand, sitting back down on his lap.
