They wanted to stay in Dallas longer, Morgan never wanted to leave, enjoying the nights where they walked the streets or even stayed in, talking for hours on end about what she wanted to do in the future and the places she wanted to go to. Or they would rent a movie, but those nights normally ended in Morgan beneath him while he was buried inside of her and his fangs in her neck, there was one time where she took control, but it didn't last long. She only fed from Eric, becoming satisfied but also glad she can still eat human food, which curved her thirst for blood better than she had expected. The smell of others blood still disgusted Morgan, but she was able to tolerate it now, which made her happy as well. However, she was still bummed that they had to leave, but since Eric had his duties as sheriff, Morgan understood completely.
She sat across from Eric on the plane, the two of them being the only ones in first class, her left leg crossed over her right as her paintbrush glided across the paper, adding color to the plaid shirt, paying attention to the exact details as she always did.
"Who's he?" Eric asked, curiosity in his voice
"I don't know" she replied, dipping her paintbrush in the small cup of water "I saw him before we left Bon Temps, started painting when I couldn't sleep one morning at the Hotel Carmilla"
Little did Morgan know, Eric knew exactly who he was, but he decided not to tell her about it for now, even with a feeling that the man in the painting was important to her, just like Eric. The woman dried off her paintbrush, closing the book and putting everything away just as the pilot announced their descent.

Eric drove his car down the empty road, one hand on the steering wheel with his other hand laced with Morgan's as she texted Raven, informing her best friend of her return to the small town. She lowered her phone to her lap when the message was sent, knowing that Raven was most likely asleep.
". . . Where are we going?" She asked, looking around after Eric made a turn to an empty road
"Patience, Älskling" Eric replied with a small smirk
Her eyebrows furrowed slightly, turning her head to look at him for a moment before resting her head back against the seat, Eric giving her hand a small squeeze. He drove for a few more minutes before he pulled up to a large victorian-style house, one that sat in a small field, surrounded by small and large trees.
The lights were on, showing the beauty of the building, Morgan looking at the house from the passenger window as Eric put the car in park, but not shutting it off, releasing her hand and getting out of the car, outside her door in a flash. He opened the passenger door like a gentleman, holding out his hand, causing her to grasp it, letting him help her out of the car, leading her a few steps toward the house,
"Nice place" she complimented "who's is it?"
". . . It's yours" Eric replied, causing her eyes to snap to him "well, ours. But the house is in your name. I figured you would like some privacy, so I had this house completely renovated"
"Eric . ." shaking her head slightly "this is too much, I . . "
Eric simply looked at her with a small smile, leaning down and pressing a kiss to her forehead, Morgan looking back at the house, and she couldn't help the small smile that formed on her own lips. There was no talking Eric out of anything, so of course he would do this without her knowing about it, but a thought formed in her mind,
". . When did the renovation start exactly?" She asked, looking at him once more
"That, you will never know" a smirk on his lips
A small yelp emitted from Morgan when she was suddenly swept off her feet, her arms wrapping around Eric's neck as he walked to the house, up the two steps of the porch, skillfully opening the front door and stopping in his tracks,
"You have to invite me in" he informed
". . Please come in" she replied with an amused smile, allowing him to walk inside
The house was completely empty, no furniture inside, Eric gently setting her down, walking in the kitchen for a brief second more walking over to her, holding out an iPad,
"Everything is payed for" he informed "I want you to pick out whatever you want" watching as she hesitantly grasped the device "decorate this house as you see fit"
Morgan looked at the iPad, unlocking it, images of different kinds of furniture popping up as soon as she did, scrolling through everything. She looked at the paint of the walls, then the flooring, easily picking out the color of the furniture that best matched everything, same for the kitchen utensils and dishware. Granted, she had never picked out furniture before, especially for a house that she would be living in, with Eric. The thought brought a smile to her lips, continuing to scroll through the list of furniture, walking through the house with Eric following behind. As she stopped by every room, she chose the furniture color on the iPad, deciding to save two of the rooms for herself, one of them being her personal library, and practicing with her magic in the other room.
The house had six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, but once they approached the master bedroom, Morgan noted that there was already a rather large bed inside, causing her to look up at Eric with a raised eyebrow,
"As you can see . ." He trailed off, "I took the liberty of picking out the bed" gently taking the iPad from her hands
In a flash, Morgan was pinned down on the bed, Eric's lips crashing against hers, causing her to happily comply, her arms wrapping around his neck, giggling when her shirt was ripped from her body.
"Jag älskar dig" he whispered, kissing her neck
A soft moan emitted from her as he nipped the mark he placed on her, which looked like two black dots, in the exact same positions as his own fangs. Her hands grasped his shirt, easily pulling it off of him, claiming his lips with her own,
"I love you too" she said softly
