Lex arrived shortly after Eric and Morgan went down to the basement, the woman felt his presence in the bar, hearing him speak to Sookie for a moment before he positioned himself in front of the basement door. Morgan could feel that he was upset with her leaving so suddenly, but it would be explained as soon as the sun went down, finding herself unable to move due to the heavy arm that was thrown over her waist. She heard the door to the bar open, followed by the pained scream that emitted from Russell due to the exposure of the sun, a small smile forming on Morgan's lips, letting out a three-toned whistle, signalling where she was. The basement door opened, Alcide letting out a whistle of his own as he walked down the steps, spotting his mate laying with the vampire on the bed that was down there.

"Remind me again why my patience for my mates is, like, up here" she said, raising her hand "and not down here" lowering her hand to thr mattress of the bed

"Because you love both of us" walking over to her, sitting down on the bed "what'd he do?"

"A true death murder suicide" bluntness in her voice "have you ever accidentally burned yourself on the stove?"

"Once or twice" nodding slightly

"Try feeling that around your whole body" letting out a heavy sigh "how's Janice? She doing okay?"

"Yeah, everyone's fine" a small smile on his lips, oddly happy that she was showing concern for his family "Debbie's missing though"

"No she's not" grasping his hand

She gently pulled him down to lay next to her, which was something he happily did, facing her as he reached up to move some of her hair away from her face,

"She's taken up a permanent residence in the stomach of Zeus" placing a gentle hand on his scruffy jaw "she was going to kill Sookie"

"Good riddance" he muttered "now . . does trouble always seem to find Sookie?"

"You have no idea" Eric spoke up as he began to rise from his sleep "is your truck out front?" reluctantly pushing himself up

"Of course" giving him a small nod

"Good, I'm borrowing it" putting on a fresh shirt

Eric removed the chains from around the stripper pole, Russell groaning in pain,

"Let's go, there's a lot of work to do" Bill said "Sookie, stay here. Pam will protect you"

"Feel safer protecting myself" the blonde replied "since I now know I'm basically vampire crack" walking toward the door

"You're driving" Eric said as he passed Alcide, dragging Russell behind him

"By the way" turning around "I rescind the invitation to my house for any vampires present. So don't even think about following me home" looking at Morgan "know that you are always welcome"

Morgan raised an eyebrow as Sookie walked out of the bar without another word,

"Can we go now?" Eric asked

She blew a lock of hair away from her face, following Eric out of the bar as he hauled Russell into the truck, tying him down as the others piled in, Alcide in the driver's seat, Morgan in the middle and Eric in the passenger seat, Bill and Lex booted to the back.

"Take us to one of your construction sites that's laying concrete" the vampire instructed

"Pretty sure he just wanted me to come along so I could make sure he didn't do anything stupid" Morgan commented ". . You wanna rent a movie after this?"
