Morgan had met Doug a few times when she decided to spoil her mate with a warm lunch a few times out of the week, he was always kind to the young woman and was happy for his manager to have found love in the cruel world. All of Alcide's employees knew to not flirt with Morgan, not only would their boss do something about it, but the last time someone did, it didn't end well for him. He kept flirting with her, but Morgan refused his words and when she was walking back to her car, he smacked her ass and said a few choice words. However, this resulted in the woman whipping around and throwing a hard punch to his nose, breaking it and knocking him down with one single hit. The other employees saw this happen, most of them laughing because he was knocked down with one hit, and his buddies helping him to his feet while calling Morgan a few other colorful words. He was fired in the end, and no one in Herveaux Contracting has flirted with her since, but they did treat her with respect.

"Hey, Doug" Morgan greeted with a smile "this is Sookie" gesturing to the blonde "Sookie, this is Doug"

"It's real nice to meet you" Sookie said, holding a hand out

"What can I do for you folks?" Doug asked, shaking her hand

"Um, would you mind terribly if Morgan and I took a little peek inside your head?" smiling slightly

His eyebrows furrowed, not really knowing what to say, looking at Alcide for a moment, then back to the girls. But without much of a conversation, Doug took the five of them to where the hole once was, Sookie gently grasping one of his hands while Morgan grasped the other, their eyes closed,

"What do you remember about that night?" Morgan asked

"Nothing, I swear" Doug replied "I was taking my break like always"

The witch could see a plate of nachos in front of the man as he was sitting at a table, her head tilting slightly when she heard the familiar sound of high heels,

"Somebody's coming up to him" Sookie informed, seeing the same thing

"What do they look like?" Bill asked

"It's blurry" shaking her head slightly "I can't make it out"

"It's a woman" Morgan informed, seeing a female figure

"She's digging him up with her hands" Sookie added

"Gently" repeating the words that were spoke "but I can't make out the voice, it's distorted"

"She has a necklace" looking at Bill and Eric "a pendant, like a spider or . . a bat?"

"A female member of the Authority released Russell" letting go of Doug's hand

"Did you tell Nora that we buried Russell alive?" Bill asked, looking at Eric

"No" he replied simply

"I don't believe you" narrowing his eyes

"Well, I'm sorry to hear that" sarcasm in his voice

"You said you and Nora share everything" he countered

"Not that" he said

"You couldn't keep your mouth shut and now he's using Russell against us" he accused

"If he told Nora, then she would've already known about me" Morgan said "and besides, she risked her own life to save Eric, and you, too"

Alcide's company truck was the only vehicle on hand that could carry six people, a vehicle they had taken to meet with Doug in the first place. Eric and Bill were in the back, the werewolf behind the wheel, his employee in the passengers seat, Sookie and Morgan squeezed in the middle. Sookie was in Doug's head, looking through his memories that had been taken from him, which had proved to be more useful than Morgan thought. But she didn't understand why Bill didn't ask her to do it in the first place since she was telepathic as well. When she unlocked her power, she was relieved to know that she could control that ability, which meant she didn't have to listen to what anyone was thinking, and it felt nice to hear her own little voice inside her mind. And the fact that she no longer had killer migraines was a huge plus.

"This is so messed up" Doug said as he looked through the windshield "I don't remember ever being down this way"

"Turn left up ahead" Morgan informed

Putting the turn signal on, Alcide made the turn, the vehicle passing a sign that read Babcock Hospital, where he pulled to a stop close to the building. The back of the truck opened, Eric being the first to step out, then Bill, the other four exiting the vehicle as well. They all looked at the building, which had been unused for some time, vines growing along the walls and even covering some of the windows, one thing was for sure, Morgan didn't like the look of the place.

"Yeah, 'cause this isn't classic horror movie" she commented, heavy sarcasm in her voice as she continued to look at the building

"They took Russell inside" Sookie informed, holding on to Doug's hand, looking through his memories

"We don't have much time" Bill said "we should split up"

"Says the first idiot to die" Morgan muttered

"I'll take the north wing, you take the south" glancing at Eric

"Even at full speed, it's a lot of ground to cover" the viking informed

"Sookie, we'd like to thank you for getting us this far" looking at the blonde "but Eric and I can take it from here. You can stay outside with Doug, Morgan and Alcide"

"Yeah, right" she replied, walking past them

"We don't have time to worry about you, Sook" Morgan said

"First, the two of us have seen enough horror movies to know you don't split up when you're in a big, scary asylum and there's a crazed killer on the loose" turning to look at her "second, I think it's fair to say that my microwave fingers, the sun and whatever Morgan can do are about the only things around here that seem to have any effect on Russell, so the way I see it, it's the women protecting you from him" looking at Bill and Eric "instead of the other way around. Third . . I got a headache, and I gotta pee something fierce, so I'd just as soon get this over with"

With that, she turned around and walked inside, Morgan letting out a slow sigh through her nose, shaking her head slightly and walking past the two vampires, Alcide letting out a small chuckle as he followed his mate.

"Doug" he said

The man let out a groan, following his boss anyway.
