"Ms. Minoru, was it not too long ago that the alleged victim was having an affair with your father?" Victor's lawyer asked.
Nico sighs, "Yes, but..."
"Yes or no, Ms. Minoru." he glares.
"Yes." Nico looked over at Robert, "She did for two years."
"So, would you say that she was desperate to get away from Mr. Stein? Desperate enough to use her own daughter?"
"Yes, she was desperate to get away from him." Nico responded, "But, to use Tori; no Janet may be a slut, a man-stealing-whore, a homewrecker but, she is a good mother."
"Thank you, Ms. Mino-"
"Let me ask you. Janet did have an affair with my father, my sister took it hardest but when Janet went to her for help, Hana didn't hesitate to help. Why would that be?"
The jury gasped and murmured.
After the jurors convened, the judge called Janet to make her statement.
Janet stood up in her cream skirt suit and looked at Victor, "The first time we met I was blinded by your charm and brilliance, you gave me son, but then you started hurting me then Chase. I cannot allow you to hurt Tori, so against what I feel for you I am gonna do my best to keep Tori from you."
Victor was found guilty and was given a restraining order against Tori and Janet. He cannot go 100ft from them.
