Janet was in her daughter's room getting her ready for bed, when Janet noticed, Tori limping. "You okay, baby?" Janet asked.

Tori nodded but scrunched her nose up in pain. Janet scoop her daughter up and lifted Tori's pants' right leg up.

Janet covered her mouth, as Tori let a tear slip; dark red bruise was visible on Tori's pale skin. "What happened?" Janet tried to sound as calm as possible.

"I'm sorry, mommy, it was my fault..." Tori sobbed.

Janet looked at her daughter- it was too familiar- Janet sighs, "Did your dad do this?"

Tori didn't answer, Janet nods and wipes the tears from her daughter's cheeks. Embraced her, "Pack a bag." Janet ordered.

Tori looks up at her mother, "Why?"

Janet softly said, "We're getting out of here."

Tori nods and packs a bag, as Janet goes to her bedroom, stopping at when she saw Victor asleep on the bed. Janet rushed to pack the essentials and ran out to get her daughter.

Janet placed the bags in the car with her daughter in the backseat, Janet drove out towards the one person she knew would help her.

As they arrived at the gate, Janet took her daughter out of the car and ran to knock. A man answered the door, "Janet, come in..."

Janet walked in the foyer, it was very simple but elegant. Hard wood floors, cream walls, a picture of the home owners, a bench by the door, the staircase curved to the second floor, where Hana stood. "What is it, Janet?" Hana asked.

"Hana, please," Janet sighs, "it's Tori... she has bruises."

Hana walks slowly down the stairs and met Janet, "Did he..."

"I think so." Janet nodded.

Hana turns to Tori and leads the visitors to the kitchen. "Hubby," Hana turns to Andre, "can you take care of Tori, while I talk to Janet?"

Andre nods and smiles at Tori, "You want some ice cream, Tor?"

Tori grins, Andre takes drumstick ice cream from the fridge and gives it to Tori.

Hana walks over to the table with a tray of tea pot and two tea cups and lays it down on the table. Janet looks at Hana with a smirk; Hana scoffs, "Sake?"

Janet chuckles, as Hana poured some in the cup. "Here." Hana hands the cup to Janet, "So what exactly happened?"

Janet took a sip and placed the cup on the coaster. "According to Tori, she fell off the stairs... but I don't know, she had that same look I had after every time Victor would hit me..."

Hana sighs and went to her laptop, "You use Wizard tech for security, right?"

Janet taps the side of her cup, "Yes, but why?"

"Because," Hana smirks, "I can hack it... I still have mom's password... and for some reason my parents still have no idea how to do this."

Hana types in the code and the screen shows the staircase in the Stein mansion just the night before.

It shows Victor and Tori arguing and Victor in a fit of rage- at least, Hana hope it was- shoved his daughter down the stairs. Janet slams the laptop close, "That bastard!" she growled.

"Mommy?" Tori looks at Janet.

"Oh my baby!" Janet cried and hugged her daughter.
