Alex sat on the couch when Hana walked in with files. Kicking the door close, Hana gives out a loud sigh, "What's up?"

"It's Livvie," Alex stood up and helped Hana put the files on the desk, "because of my mom and her sister, she's gonna dumped me."

Hana nods, "Okay…"

"That's it?!" Alex demanded, "I just poured my heart and soul, and that's all you can say? Where's the girl who believed in love?"

Hana shook her head, "I was never that girl, not really. It was a role I played— anyways, love is easy to lose but hard to keep. If you love something, let them go. If they're meant to be yours, they'll come back."

Chase walks in, "Why is Livvie saying that Tamar's getting out today?"

"Wait, what?!" Hana demanded.

"Yeah," Chase nods and gives his phone up, "she's all over wiznews."

Hana scrolls down, "Does Mrs. Wilder know?"

"I hope so." Gert shrugs.

Hana nods and hands the phone back, "Here, call her."

Chase dials the number, "What do I say?" he asked, covering the speaker.

Hana shrugs, "'Hello,' usually works."

Gert glares and takes the phone from her husband, "Mrs. Wilder, it's Gert. Let's meet at Timely for lunch."

After a few hours, Guita enters Hana's office. "Can I pick your brain?"

Hana looks up, "Sure," Hana gestures to the seat, "what's up?"

"I've got this newly assigned client," Guita carefully declared, "that spent years in jail for orchestrating a murder; she hasn't seen her son for years, now. She's finally getting out, and all she wants is to see him, but the victim's family has a RO against her, and they adopted her son…"

Hana stood up, shocked by her friend's statement, "You're defending Tamar!"

Guita looks down, "I didn't have a choice; I'm new in my firm. The boss just dumped the case on me!"

"Did you even talk to Darius yet?" Hana asked.

Guita sighs, "Can you please talk to Xerxes?"

Hana glares, "You haven't talked to him! What the hell… Sampaguita?! His name is Darius Wilder; he had Catherine change it after learning what Tamar did. He wants nothing to do with her!"

"So did you." Guita reminded.

"What?!"

"You, of all people," Guita clarifies, "should know how it feels to resent your parents. After they moved you to Japan, what they did to your sisters, have you even forgiven them?"

"Totally different," Hana sat back down, "and you know it."

"Yes," Guita nodded, "Robert and Tina helped murder dozen of kids. Tamar ordered a hit against the woman who killed her husband in cold blood. Totally different."

Hana rolls her eyes, "I get your point, but it is still up to Darius if he wants to see her."
