Hana sat down in the corner, wrapped in a blanket and drinking tea, as she watched the flames dance in the pit. "So calm..." she whispers to herself, "yet, can cause so much destruction."
"Just like you." Nico admits.
"Yeah." Hana turns.
Robert and Tina walked in and sat down next to Amy. Robert turns to Hana, "How is it that among all of us, you are the most recognizable?"
Hana shrugs.
"Try being known as Hana's sister." Amy huffed.
"The Great Hana Minoru." Nico corrected, rolling her eyes. "I swear the amount of pressure we were on; it's a shock that it took me so long to snap."
Hana smirks, "I wasn't even trying."
Tina stood up, "Try being mistaken for her and constantly being reminded by everyone that she's smarter."
"You made her." Nico scoffs.
"Really cannot complain about her." Amy breathed out.
"Yes, she does." Robert argued.
"Not really," Nico stood, "if you think about it; the only reason why you, two, were allowed to get married is because of Hana's existence in mother's womb."
"I would've still married your father even if I wasn't pregnant..." Tina denies.
"Without Grandmother's blessing." Amy scoffs, "Doubt it."
Xiangling enters the room with her brother and his girlfriend, Katy.
Hana stood up, "What does it mean?"
Jiang Nan follows, "It is prophesized that a child of two worlds would bring our village great power..." holding Hana's hands, "The prophecy spoke of you, child."
Amy's face fell, Wasn't she the one who rosed from the dead? The one who has been trained to be the next Ancient One? Why is Hana, once again, being the center of attention? For putting a necklace around a reptile's neck?
