Hana entered Amy's bedroom in their parents' mansion as Amy was reading the Book of Jeev. Hana smiles, "Book of life, nice."

Amy rolls her eyes, "She reads Hindi; what a surprise."

Hana lays on the bed, "Did you get to the chapter of forgiveness yet?"

"What?!" Amy puts the book down.

"I am really sorry," Hana sighs, "I ever made you feel inadequate; it was never my intention. And just because this family has always chosen love over everything else doesn't mean you have to rebel against it."

"He told you?" Amy breaths.

"Yeah," Hana nods, "and it's not you."

"How are you so," Amy looks up, "sure? I've changed a lot."

"Yes," Hana nods, "but because you're still Tina's daughter, as I am, I know that her teaching is still in you, which would never change. Especially, with her voice so annoying and is in your head."

"It is annoying." Amy smiles.

"Totally," Hana nods, "so we cool?"

Amy embraced Hana, "Yeah, we're cool." Amy gasped, "Mom!"

Tina burst at the door, "What?!"

Amy stood up, "You're dying?"

Hana looks confused, "What?!"

Tina sighs, "How?!"

"Mom?" Hana concerned.

Tina breathed, "I got diagnosed…"

"Leukemia." Amy unconsciously interrupted.

"Yes," Tina asks, "but how did you know?"

"I can't explain it," Amy admits, "I saw it."

"Pardon?" Tina inquired.

Amy nods, "Told you, it's weird."

"What stage?" Hana asked.

"Three." Tina replied, "Don't tell your dad, please."

"Yeah," Amy nods, "but how long are you planning to keep this a secret?"

Tina unsure, "As long as I have to; I just want to enjoy my life, and I can't do that if Robert knew he'd be too worried to let me enjoy life, and I so badly wanna be with him."
