Sitting on Roman's thigh while he fed me forks of spaghetti, drenched with spicy tomato sauce was good.

Yes. It was good.

It was even more good when my head lolled on his shoulder, the exhaustion from the day crawling up my body, making me numb and eyes attempt close. I was tired.

Roman had send packed lunch and breakfast from wherever he was. But somebody delivered the food. I hadn't bothered to open up the fancy one time use plastic containers of food, instead shove them into the fridge.

And that was what we were having for dinner. I had popped the box of spaghetti that came for lunch into the oven while Roman showered and I cleaned up the last bit.

And when I say, I am fucking knackered. I fucking mean it.

But whatever right? At least I would pass out as soon as my back met the mattress. I would pass out like a fucking log. And that's what it mattered.

Having gotten no sleep the night prior that what I wanted to do.

"Jesus Christ, man." I moved my fave away from the spoon of offered food. "I'm not a fucking goat."

"Fine." Roman sighed beginning his own share of dinner. But he didn't ask me to move. So I didn't. Instead I wrapped my arms around his neck (he was wearing a black t-shirt and grey sweats. Yum) and rested my cheek in his shoulder.

"What's wrong?" Roman asked after his morsel of food was swallowed.

"I'm just tired." I yawned. "I have no idea how some women manage to do all this, all day, every day."

"Who do you refer to?" He asked. "Mama?"

"Hmm." I agree. "And bubbles too. They're maniacs."

Roman chuckles. "Are you sure you have had enough food?"

"Mmm." I agree heaving down a sigh of relief. "Can I sleep with you tonight?"

I whisper the last bit out. I knew Roman wasn't a fan of sharing his bed with someone. But- really, I just-

"Sure." He agreed.

"I'll stay on my side, promise."

"Sure, pup." He agrees.

Today was one of the baddest and loneliest day I had spend in this God awful pent house. I was aware of my childishness the night prior and so I wanted to make it up to Roman. God knows, I appreciated his gesture of wanting to read a wretched novel to me. I wasn't a thriller girl. Not really. Romance maybe? Yeah.

But Roman had autobiography of serial murders in his library. No thank you.

Anyways, today was one of the loneliest day I had spend. Roman had yelled at me before he left. I don't like it when he yells at me before he leaves. Of leaves after he yells at me. It triggers up a number of bad feelings inside my heart.
