Rue/Chuck headcannon

"Hello" Rue yelled "Hello is anyone there,where am I ?"

Despite the fact that Rue thought she was still in the Hunger Games she yelled as loud as she could for she got transported to a completely different place. A maze to be exact.

"Hello" called a different voice, a males voice

"Who are you!" Rue commanded

"I'm Chuck" said the boy stepping out from behind a curtain of vines

"Where am I ?"

"Your in the maze"

"The wha-" Rue started to say but was cut off by a horrible sound, one that would send shivers down even the bravest mans spine.

"C'mon" Chuck half whispered half yelled

"Why?" Rue questioned

" Cause if we don't get moving the thing that made the noise will kill us both in a matter of seconds, now follow me" Chuck commanded leading Rue into cave that would've been impossible to find.  How did he find are you wondering well Chuck got trapped in here about a month ago now don't ask me about that because thats a whole different story. Chuck had been living off small plants he found in crevasses and water dripping of the cave ceiling. Rue climbed into a moss pile and fell asleep in a matter of minutes. Poor Chuck was left to stand watch but going 4 days without sleep is hard so he fell asleep in the first ten minutes. Luckily for the both of them the cave was so well concealed the Griever's never found them.

Rues eyes snapped open what she saw was Chuck asleep on the floor. She spent about ten minutes watching him then decided she liked Chuck. She shook him awake and asked

"What now Chuck?"

"Now, we find a way out here" Chuck said with a determined glint in his eye.
