The demon angel girl, Sarah, was searching through the city for a specific place. Her senses guiding her towards a silver door. Now completely sure that she had finally found the place, she raised her fist and knocked three times on the door.

The door cracked slowly open, revealing a young teenager, seemingly not much older than her. His curious and skeptical gray eyes looking down at the girl through the small gap of the entrance.

"...Who are you?" questioned harshly the boy while glaring daggers at the younger girl.

"My name is Sarah. Are you the gifted one by any chance?" she asked back and the boy's eyes narrowed even more.

"Haven't heard anything like that. Now I suggest you to leave," he answered blandly, ready to close the door, but Sarah was fast enough to prevent him from doing so by placing her foot between the door and the doorframe. Her cold crystal blue eyes glaring back at the boy.

"Oh really? Because I do in fact know that you and your family are the so called blessed ones from God. And not only that," she voiced now opening the door herself. A small smirk plastered on her face, "But I can also clearly see the trembling vibration of your soul. You are afraid, aren't you?"

The boy flinched visible by the girl's words and he was furious at himself because she was completely right. His eyes could only stare wide open at her, his mouth agape and his body sightly trembling. At that point, he began to wonder if she was even human to begin with.

"How... How did you know...," he breathed and took a step back into his house. His wide eyes filled with terror could only gaze at the calm girl before him, "Just what are you...?"

"If you let me inside, I'll answer to your questions. We wouldn't want to draw anyone's attention now, would we?" she advised and the boy clenched his fists. He thought about it for a long while until he finally moved to let the girl inside his house. He greeted his teeth and glared at the floor in fear.

"Thank you. That means a lot to me," said Sarah while passing beside the boy and further inside his house.

"...What do you want?"

"I need that power of yours to find someone important to me," voiced Sarah and the boy's eyes narrowed. How could she sound so desperate and sorrowful, when such a dark aura was coming from her.

"Seriously...," began the boy with a trembling voice as he finally decided to ask his actual questions, "Just what are you?! You are not a human, isn't that right?!" he finally yelled as the girl in front of him kept looking at him emotionlessly.

A long silence followed after that. Sarah looked at the floor, clenched tightly her fists and finally raised her head to meed the boy's terrified eyes, "Have you ever heard about the legend of the cursed child?" she finally broke the silence with her cold voice.

The boy's eyes widened even more, now backing away until touching the wall, "No... You don't mean...," he whispered while shaking his head in denial.

"That's right... I'm the so called cursed child."

A cold chill run down the boy's back as he collapsed on the floor. His hands grabbing his head in fear, "No... No this can't be... How... Why..."

Sarah approached him slowly and crouched down at his level. She placed a hand over his shoulder gently and her eyes softened, "Listen. I don't want to cause you any problems. I'm not that ruthless misfortune the legend makes me look like. I can't curse anyone. I just... I just really need to find someone very important to me," she voiced, now bowing her head, "Please... Please help me find my brother."

If the boy's eyes could widen even more, they would. It was wonder for him how the so called cursed child was desperately begging him for help. More than that, he also learned something that no legend or book ever said before... The existence of another demonic angel. Seeing her genuine sadness and desperation, he couldn't help but see her as another human being, despite not being one. They said that feelings were something only humans possessed, but was that truly the case?
