As both me and David passed the portal, we met with the eerie but strangely calm view of Ghost town. I took in a breath and looked at David who I was still holding gently but firmly his hand. I wanted to find Katana and tell her at least a goodbye.

"Well? Where's my hug?" I spoke as I stood in front of Katana, my eyes looking sadly yet softly at her. Katana in the other hand seemed to understand that I had gotten back my memories and rushed in to hug me tightly.
"You're back... You remembered...," she whispered, clearly happy and emotional that her best friend had remembered her.
"I am...," I voiced softly as I tightened the hug, my eyes looking sadly at the grand on the ground, "And I need to go again..."

"So are you going to fight?" asked Katana now sightly worried.
"Yeah... That's what I have to do." I said crossing my arms.
"Sarah you need to be careful! Who knows what they can do to you!" I nodded my head.
"Yeah. I know."
"Sarah!" I looked behind me to see Alexander running towards us.
"Sarah... You are safe..." My glare hardened.
"What are you doing here Alexander?"
He looked to the ground. "I just... I just really wanted to apologize to you. I really care about you and I understand if you hate me. The only reason I did what I did was to protect you because you mean so much to me."
"I don't need your sorry excuses. You may now leave."
Katana just looked at both of us with pained eyes. "Guys... You both need to stop this"
"What?" I said surprised by her worried tone.
"Please... We are friends. Why don't you just try to understand each other? To see the reasons behind everyone's actions."
David placed a hand over my shoulder. "She is right. I understand why you hate him but make him the favour of listening to him."
I exhaled a long sigh, took a sit at a small bench and looked straight to Alexander's eyes. "I am listening."
"Sarah... Seeing you suffer like that it truly pained me. You know very well that as mach as you use your demon powers, as many are the consequences. You are dying because of that... And I just wanted to help you. If you wouldn't remember anything then there was a chance you would be saved. I was just worried about you..."
"That was it?" I said rather uninterested. "If you are done, I have work to do so just leave."
Alexander didn't said a word. I turned around and started to walk away.
"Don't you think, you are too cruel towards him?" Said Katana catching up with me. David not too far away behind.
"He gets what he deserves."
"Still tho... I believe that he deserves a second chance."
"Things cannot change as easily as you think." I said and opened a gate.
"Where are you going?" Asked Katana.
"We came here to let you know. I just wanted to see you for one last time." I said looking to the ground.
"You mean..." Her eyes widened and started to water. "That's right. I am dying." I said looking at her with a sad closed eyed smile.
Katana let out a small cry and hugged me for the last time. "I'll miss you..."
