Maithili: 28 -age
She is beautiful with fair skin, alluring curves and black shoulder length wavy hair.
She is a well known Cardiologist and also a winner of 'golden scalpel' award . Works as chief physician in cardiologist department. She is very strict in front of world but very soft to her loved ones. At the age of where she should have played studied like other children instead she was married to Arjun Rathore and suffered like hell.
Her kids Rudra and Rudhi are 10 years old and like god gifted child who intelligent and mature than children of their age. She can do anything for them. Even they can do anything for her. They obey her and love her very much.

He is the CEO of 'Sanjeevani Health care hospital' which was passed on from his father , who is co-founder of this hospital. He is ruthless and arrogant person in front of world but sweetest person for his daughter Prerna. He is broken due to his second divorce with Shruti whom he loved very much , but she left him with Prerna for her own career.
Prerna is only 5 years old who is suffering from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy . Its very rare disease. She is very cute and daddy's girl. Arjun can do anything for his daughter.
He was married to Maithili at his young age and divorced her within one year as he was already dating Shruti at that time. He did many wrong and sinful deeds to Maithili and is guilty for that but when he started to be guilty it was already late to apologise.
