Arjun's POV
Maithili was unconscious due to sedation, she was breathing calmly it seemed like she is having very calm dreams. I sat on the stool just near her bed, watching her sleeping made my heart smile. I want to know everything about her, I want to confront my mistakes and want her to be happy. I know I have broken her very badly and I am determined to mend her back and make her happy , I will do whatever it takes to make her happy and Maithili as she used to be.
Within 1 hour she stirred in her sleep and slowly opened her eyes wondering where she was. Then she turned to face me, "Why I am here?" she asked me with small frown .
Arjun: "That's what I wanna know .. Why are you here ? Yesterday when I reached your room you were in very bad condition and had to admit you in instant. Doc said you were having Sleeping paralysis . What was that ? "
Maithili: "Its nothing to concern you. You didn't call anyone from my home right ?"
Arjun: "housekeeper had called someone from your speed dial, I don't know whom he called . It seems they will be coming "
Maithili: "Shit. This gonna be a big fuss now."
Arjun: "What do you mea.. " As I was gonna ask in thud someone opened the door and I saw Dr. Pavan with a girl almost 10-12 year girl in his arm carrying her with one small boy and one woman. That boy just stridded towards me and just punched on my face. What the fuck!!
Maithili: "Rudra!! "
Lil boy : "Mom.. He harmed you !!" Mom?
Maithili: "No he didn't."
Lil girl:" Mom, what happened to you ? " Mom again ? that girl was crying, she exactly look like my bigger version of Prerna
Maithili: "Its nothing babies, I was tired that's all"
Pavan :"Thanks Mr. Arjun for admitting her in right time, I will meet Doc for reports. Please stay here for sometime" I just nodded, I was confused like hell.
Maithili: "Priya, Why are you in your night dress?" ok so that woman's name is Priya
Priya: "I was sleeping while Rudra came with this good news" She glared at Maithili.
Lil girl: "Mom are you ok ? I am sorry mom, I will never blackmail you or get angry"
Maithili: "Rudhi I am fine see, and about blackmail, we are going to have picnic ok ?" She was smiling so sweetly. Maithili was happy after seeing this kids.
Lil girl: "Rudra, Say sorry to this uncle."
Lil boy :"Why would I ? I was just angry."
Lil girl : "You know you were wrong" Oh god, who is this kids ? Why are they here ? Why are they calling Maithili as mom?
Lil boy : "Sorry mister, I shouldn't have done that ."
Lil girl : "Mom, you know Paa was so stressed , he was cursing himself whole time." Oh shit.. ohh shit , so they are Pavan and Maithili's kids. I can't stand this. It was hurting somewhere in my chest . I involuntarily started to backup myself, I just wanted to go away from this. I don't know why, I just wanted to cry.
Maithili: "I am sorry kids, I didn't mean to stress you people. " She then saw me moving, there was something on her expression, as if she wanted to say something.
Maithili: "Mr. Arjun, meet my twins, Rudra and Rudhi. And this is my boss kids Mr. Arjun" I stopped there to look at them , they looked so familiar and attached.
Arjun: "Hello"
Rudhi : "Hello Mr. Arjun, I actually heard of you , how is your daughter?"
Arjun: "Oh! She is fine and almost recovered. Thanks to Dr. Maithili." She is really polite and well mannered.
Rudra: "Let me introduce myself, I am Rudra Maithili, 10 years old." This kid is a brat. Wait what ? He is 10, and its been only 11 years we divorced.
Maithili: "Kids, I wanna say you something, Its important." Both turned to her and gave her whole focus to hear her.
Maithili: "Mr. Arjun is your father, and Mr. Arjun, Rudra and Rudhi are your kids." What ??? I was shocked was understatement right now.
Thay are mine. MINE... I am happy.
