As he stared into the eyes of the other, they came to an understanding. While they may not love each other the way they loved the man between them, they would out aside eachother's differences for him. The small sleepy man between them, one gently rubbing his back and the other had his arm over both of them allowing the smallest to snuggle into him. There was a soft nod between them and soft smiles on their lips as they quietly watched the small one between them.
They may not be in love with each other like the one between them, but they could coexist peacefully to make their small lover feel happy and safe.
