"What do you want from me?" she questioned. She knew exactly what I wanted, what I needed. But she knew she couldn't give it to me. "You know what I want Cissy. But I know you can't give it to me" I cried, looking at the floor.

She hugged me tightly and I melted into her arms. "I missed you" she whispered. I breathed in her intoxicating scent and felt home. But, I slowly pulled away. "Why are you still on their side?" I asked.

She looked down at the floor, "I have to support my husband" I scoffed at the word 'husband'. "Y/N!" she said sternly, leaving go of me. "What? Narcissa, you know he isn't much of a husband. He never has been. Which is why you fell for me" she tried to hide the sadness in her eyes but I saw straight through her.

"I did not fall for you! Go back to... them" she said sternly. Ouch...

"Why are you denying your feelings. Don't you know how much you broke me
when I came back like I promised and found him there?" she couldn't look at me. I put my finger on her chin and lifted it, "look at me Cissy, please" I cried.

She looked into my eyes for a second and I saw her lip tremble. "We can't" she whispered. My heart shattered into a million pieces, "we can! Cissy, yes we can!" I cried, she cupped my face in her hands and shook her head.

"They'll kill us. And, Lucius will kill you!" she sniffled. She has got a point but, we were always careful before so what's changed. "I don't get it, Cissy. We can just keep it on the low!" I begged. Her eyes filled with sorrow, "Y/N please, don't ask me again"

She lifted her hand up to tuck my hair behind her ear. But when she touched the side of my head, I winced in pain. She pulled her hand away to reveal her fingers to be covered in a crimson liquid. "Oh Y/N! You're bleeding!" she cried, immediately trying to find the source of the bleeding.

Butterflies erupted in my stomach at the sudden feeling of being cared about again. I missed her touch and I had been craving her attention for so long. She made me feel so weak yet so strong. Narcissa Malfoy, you are going to be the death of me, I thought to myself.

I felt a sudden burning sensation where my cut was as she healed it. "Sorry if that stings a little darling". Darling? She hasn't called me that in forever, I can't deal with this.

"Narcissa stop! Please don't call me darling, or act as if you care. It's killing me inside. I need you but you don't want me so please! I'm begging you, don't play with my feelings" I burst into tears, moving away from her.

She just stared at me, appearing to be contemplating her life. I stared back and when she said nothing, I knew it was a mistake chasing after her. "Forget it, Cissy. Forget about me" I yelled before turning around and heading back to the castle.

It pained me to do that but I knew it would save me the heartache of her leaving again.

As I walked I played with the ring she gave me, wondering if now was the time to take it off.

I had almost made it to the end of the bridge when I heard her screaming my name. I couldn't bear to turn around so I kept walking. But, I hadn't realised that she was running after me. She grabbed my shoulder and spun me around.

"What are you doi-" I tried to speak but she cut me off. She smashed her soft lips into mine and fireworks erupted around me. The war was just a background, almost like a filter. This kiss felt magical, something I've never felt before.

I deepened the kiss and she allowed it. We both needed each other, she was just scared to admit that. She suddenly pulled away, "wait, not here". She kept hold of me and she apparated us to Bellatrix's home.

"It's safer here. Now, where were we?" I smiled softly before diving back into the kiss. I could smell her intoxicating scent again as I melted into her lips. "I've missed you so much" I moaned, causing her to giggle.

"I've missed you too darling. I'm really sorry about the way I acted earlier, it was uncalled for" she spoke so softly I could've cried. "Cissy, it's alright. I understand you had your reasons" I said, taking her hands in mine. She gave me a weak smile as I kissed her soft hands.

I sat her down on her sister's couch and sighed. "My friends probably think I joined your side, I had people shouting after me when I decided to follow you" I said, half smiling. "Y/N, my husband's side. I don't support them, I already told you this"

I felt like such an idiot. "I'm sorry, of course. Besides, I can't go back now. They're going to think I betrayed them" She rested her hand against my cheek. "Y/N darling, if they think that then they aren't your friends. They must understand why you ran off the way you did!"

"I mean, possibly. But nobody knows about us apart from Harry, Ron and Hermione" I sighed.

She helped me feel more at ease, however, I'm still worried in case my friends think I betrayed them. They already hate Draco enough as it is, people just need to take a moment to understand us.

"What are you thinking honey?" she asked, shaking me out of my thoughts. "Oh, nothing. It's fine" I said, giving her a smile. "Come here, let's get some rest" she said, holding her arms open.

I didn't hesitate to snuggle into her. She made me feel safe and at home, I missed her too much to pass this opportunity. She began to hum a sweet melody into my ear as I drifted to sleep.

A couple of hours later-

Banging could be heard from inside the house, shaking me awake. I still lay on top of Narcissa when Voldemort and a few of his followers piled into the room. I watched as Bellatrix walked in, her face fixed on the floor. I shook Cissy and she only stirred.

"Well, well, well. What do we have here?" Voldemort hissed. I looked over at Bella who looked at me sympathetically and mouthed the words 'I'm so sorry, I didn't know you were here'

"Wake her up" he demanded. I was yanked from her aggressively which woke her up. "Y/N what the hell?" she said sitting up. I cried as I was tied up and she looked around the room. "Oh" was all she managed to say before she was also tied up.

"Now, what are we to do with you two. You both disgust me!" he spat. I could not contain my anger. "Why have you got such a problem? You go around killing innocent people yet we disgust you?" I yelled. "Y/N be quiet!" Cissy whispered.

"No! I'm sorry Narcissa but I must speak my mind!" Voldemort cracked a sinister smile which made my blood boil. "Women are made to lie with men. You are just as disgusting as all those mudbloods" We stayed silent.

"Now, you must be punished for this despicable behaviour. Say your goodbyes to each other" he laughed. I looked at Cissy who was in hysterics. "Y/N, I am so sorry. I'm sorry that it has come to this" she bawled. I turned to Bella and pleaded. She said nothing. Of course, she didn't. She could not defy her master.

My head went all fuzzy and I felt a short amount of pain and a lot of screaming.

My life flashed before my eyes.
