The Ending

Bzzzzzt...bbzzzzttt..bbzzztttt..

The vibrating of my phone wakes me up from my deepest sleep. A call from someone it is. I squint my eyes and reach for it and answer without even bothering to see who the caller is. Of course I know it's him. I mean, who will ever be?

"Good morning sweetheart!" A cheery voice greeted me and I can't help but smile at it though can't stop to roll my eyes at its cheesiness.

"What a sweet way to start the morning!" I commented and he chuckle.

"As sweet as my love for you my dear princess!" He coo and I made a sound of disgust.

"Comon'! Really? Lee Jenny?" He gasped and I laugh at it.

"Just kidding giant. I know! I'm okay! You don't have to sound so creepy there!" I chuckle and he do too.

"Okay, okay Miss moving on! Are you ready now? Want me to pick you up for work?" He suggests.

"No, I'm okay Chanyeol. I'll see you around." I said.

"Okay then. Be careful my love." He utter too sweetly and I snorts which aim a groaned from him and I quickly hung up.

A smile faded as the line went deaf. Here I am again, welcoming the day alone in my apartment. I heave a sigh and decided to start the day right with stretching my tired limbs and knock off that overused joints I have. After sweating out, I headed to the bathroom to take a shower.

7:30...half an hour left and I am late again. I carelessly drop the dirty dishes on the sink and dive down the stairs to the garage to meet my baby, of course, my four wheeled buddy that would accompany me to work.

I arrive just on time. Record breaker, I'm one minute early. Well, that is the earliest reporting time so far. I walk through the building's entrance and Minhyuk greeted me.

"Good to see you smiling again Madam!" He greeted.

"I don't really know why I feel like this but seeing you smile like that made me free the urge to smile too. Good to see you, Minhyuk-ssi!" I said and he smiled and usher me to the elevator.

"How was the presentation so far?" I asked and narrow my eyes to my side where he is.

"Good! Mr. Lee, your cousin is back after a month of visiting Philippines." He said and I smile at that.

"Really? Then that would be nice. I'll go check him. I'll see you later." I said and as the elevator opens, we split in different ways.

"Oppa!" I exclaimed and rush to clung on this giants neck, my cousin, Jung Suk is back.

"Hello there my little cousin." He coo and I retracted myself only to send him a glare.

"Aish! I mean your cute. Don't you know that little one's are cute?" He joked.

"Hmm..so your saying your ugly." I raised a brow and he send me a flat look.

"You little brat!" He groaned and pinch my nose as he trap me in his arms.

"Aww..you're so brutal!" I fake cry.

"And you're so mean!" He retorted.

"I miss you oppa!" I chuckle as I snuggle through his chest. "How's Mom and Dad?" I asked, it's been almost a year since I last saw them and I really miss them.

"They're good. They miss you and they want you home soon so you must save more for a grand vacation." He said and give me a knowing look.

"Uh-oh..I guess that'll take long. But I will try to keep my promise to them..though..y'know?" I shrug and he let out a sigh.
