Chapter 14: Wedding Day

JENNY:

For about one week preparation, finally, the big day came! The snow ceased to fall today and it's a bit relief for me. Seems like the weather deal with us today.

I am on this empty room waiting for the ceremony to start. My grandmas, mom, aunt suzy and yura, my bestfriend were here taking some pictures as remembrance for this unforgettable event.

"Jenny-ah. You look really beautiful!" Soo Hee grandma squeels as she held my both hands.

"Thank you grandma!" I said with light chuckle.

I feel really nervous and uneasy all of a sudden. Sehun and I didn't talk and see each other after the incident. I was the one who made his suit but I never get to see him wearing it. I always do some alibis not to meet that guy. I don't know, I just feel odd when I'm around him. Maybe due to the kiss which I can't get over with up until now.

"Don't be nervous my princess. You look really great today. I'm so proud of you." mom said and hold back the tears that was about to let out of her eyes.

"Omma..don't cry. I'll be sad if you do." I said then held her hands.

"I'm just so happy. My baby is now getting married." she said and cup my cheek.

"Hana-yah~ don't cry. It will ruin your make up." aunt Suzy patted mom's shoulder and smiled.

"Finally, I can have you as my daughter in law Jenny!" aunt Suzy added.

"Yes aunt Suzy. Please take good care of me." I said and bowed at her.

"Yah! call me mom. I'm your mother from now on." she pout.

"Yes..mommy Suzy." I said then smiled at her.

"Aigoo~ this is so great Hana! I have a daughter now!" aunt Suzy self-celebrated and we both laugh at her.

The emcee called indicating the start of the ceremony.

"Jenny-ah~ The gown looks so beautiful on you and you really look gorgeous on it! Good luck bestie!" Yura said.

"Thank you bestfriend. You're really great!" I said and we both hug each other.

I walk out of the hall and meet my mom and dad.

"Appa!" I happily greet him and hug him tightly.

"Oh..look how beautiful my little girl is! Sorry if appa didn't see you before going here. I just arrive a couple of hours ago." he said then cup my cheek and planted a soft kiss on my forehead.

"It's okay appa. What matters is you're here on my big day!" I said then hug him once again.

I never thought getting married would be this great. I feel happy wearing this white gown and meeting this people who became a great part of my life.  It's a relief for me seeing my father here and walk me in the isle with people watching over us as we took the path to the altar.

I see smiles plastered on their faces. Some gape in awe and wave at me telling I'm really beautiful with my gown and some send me good luck gestures. I saw Chanyeol sitting on the back. He wave at me and smiled genuinely, the smile whom I don't think he really feel good seeing me like this.

As we get nearer to the altar my eyes were glued at him. I was a bit surprised to see him with that suit. I never thought it would really fit him so damn good. He look so stunningly handsome with it.

This man. Am I really getting married to him? Is this for real?

My thoughts were filled with such worries whom had been vanished the moment he smiled at me. That smile, I thought I would never saw that smile again. I really miss it.

We reach the end and now him and my father bowed with each other. My father held my hand and he raised his and lean it forward.

I give my father a look which he just nod and smiled at me. With that, I put my hand on top of his and we take slow steps up to the altar.

Like what koreans would always do on their wedding ceremonies, ours were just the same.

We just exchange our vows and hear the message of his father and mine. After that we put on our wedding rings and this part really sends chills on me, the kiss.

"And now, for the groom. You may now kiss the bride." the master of ceremony announced and I felt uneasy with it.

I craned my neck and face my friends, family, and in-laws. They gape at us with excited expressions clearly written on their faces.

"What now?" he snap me out of my thought. I give him a look and silently bit my lower lip.

"Eottokhae!!" my inner voice shouted in nervous.

"I think it would be the second and I'm expecting more after this." he said then smirk and the moment after, he pull me close and planted a soft kiss on my lips, a long and unforgettable one. The crowd cheers and he smiled after we parted.

"So, you are really mine now, Oh Jenny." he cooed then took a quick peck on my lips which I'm stunned.

Holy shizz, is this really Sehun? Why is he acting so sweet now?

"Kyaaahhh!!! That was so epic Jenny! I never thought marriage ceremony would be that cool!" Yura screamed and giddily pull me into a hug.

We were outside the hall. My family and in-laws were still eating inside with Sehun too. I go out to take some time to freshen up my mind since I feel uneasy hearing those honeymoon plans from them.

Aish! Why do we have to spend time alone. Is it necessary for the newlyweds to take a break away from their families?

"Hey girl! What are you thinking? Oohh...don't tell me you're excited for the honeymoon?" Yura cooed causing me to snap out of my thoughts.

"Yah! Stop that. You're giving me goosebumps!" I whined.

"Honeymoon? Huh!? You don't need to do that Jenny. It's just dirty ideas from the elders who tend to paired up their kids for such nonsense plans." Chanyeol butt-in.

"Woah! Look who's here? My brokenhearted dongsaeng huh?" Yura teased.

"Chanyeol-ssi.." was the only word I say.

"Don't worry Jenny-ah~ I'm fine now. See..I'm smiling!" he said then smile whom I think is a fake one.

I cup his cheek and tiptoed to reach his face and took a peck on it. He's quite a bit surprise on it but he quickly compose himself and let out an uneasy chuckle.

"Thanks for everything Channie~" I cooed and hug him tightly.

We suddenly broke the hug when this pair of strong arms grab me and pull me out of him.

"Yah!" Chanyeol and I yell in unison and I was quite surprise the moment I saw him.

"Oh! S-Sehun.." was the only thing I say and he grab my wrist and pull me close to him.

"I'll take my wife before someone stole her away from me." he firmly stated and pull me inside with him. I waved at Chanyeol and Yura who's still shock of what happened.

"Flirting on your wedding day huh?" he uttered and smile bitterly. I yank my hand and face him.

"What are you-"

"Let's get inside. Our family is waiting for us." he cut me out and walk past me.

"Aish! This rude guy..really.." I mumble and can't help but smile as I find his act so sweet.

"Jealous husband, eh?" I said to myself and walk next to him inside.
