Chapter 19: Honeymoon (The Last Night)

JENNY:

The night became chilly since the rain stops and leave the surroundings drench with its heavy downpour earlier. We were now back at the hotel and change our soaked clothes before we catch a cold.

I lock myself on the bathroom and take a warm shower. It took me half an hour before I finally clean myself up and go out.

I jump in surprise the moment our gazes met. He was standing behind the bathroom's door, staring blankly at me and I feel uneasy with it.

“S-Sehun..what are you doing here?” I nervously uttered. He didn’t budge, his eyes were still glued on me.

“Y-Yah! Don’t look at me like that. It’s pretty annoying.” I groan and look on the other way.

He let out a playful chuckle and walks closely. I abruptly took steps backwards till I hit the concrete wall and there, I was totally trap on his tracks.

“Are you ready?” he whispered in a husky tone which I became tensed.

“W-What a-are you talking a-about?” I stutter, seems like my tongue can’t function well.

He held my chin and I tilted my head to meet his eyes. He leaned closer with our lips almost touching each other. I close my eyes and wait for it to happen but I suddenly open my eyes the moment he chuckle.

Geez! He’s playing pranks again. I composed myself and shot him a death glare.

“Happy now?” I said grumpily and walk out of his sight. He’s still trying to cease himself from laughing.

“Jagiya~ I’m sorry.” He apologized as he grab my wrist and pull me to face him and this time he’s serious. I shot him a bored look and he just pinch my cheek and smile in response.

“Jagiya, I have something to show you. Get dressed, I’ll wait you outside okay?” he said then winked at me before shutting the door after him.

I glare at him and sighed deeply the moment he was out of sight. What is he up to this time?

I headed to the closet to find nice clothes to wear. My eyes landed on this big pink box rested below the hanged clothes inside the closet. It’s from my mother in-law and I never get to open it once we get here.

I held it with both arms and put it on my bed, ready to reveal what’s inside. I open it and I am surprised and also pretty embarrassed when I realize what it is. It’s a white simple dress with a pair of red lingerie and a perfume. Mommy Suzy is really something eh?

I wore the dress and spray some of perfume to smell nice then check myself on the mirror. The dress fits me perfectly and I love its simplicity. I hurriedly run outside and meet my husband who’s waiting at the porch.

“I’m ready!” I exclaimed and he nod and greets me with his warm smile.

“Close your eyes.” He ordered then I give him a look, but I ended up following him though.

“Where are we going?” I asked, still my eyes closed as we walk to this path to I don’t know where.

“You’ll see when we get there.” He said then we resume walking.

“Open your eyes now.” He whispered and I slowly open my eyes and absorb the bright light that covers the place.

I am totally surprised the moment I saw this candle lighted garden with a table for two at the center and a group of kids which I think will perform a song later.

“Wow!” was the only thing I say as I trail my eyes at this romantic place.

He walk passed me and stood in front of the kids who are smiling brightly at me. He looks so perfect standing there in his white polo shirt and black pants, with his dark brown hair brushed up.
