"If this actually works," Dr. Kate Asano adjusted her glasses, "Then we will be the first to create a zygote from the cells of a bone marrow!" her grey eyes sparkled in excitement and she turned to Dr. Edgar Slade beside her, "Do you realise how incredible this is?!"

Bela, widely known as Madam B, walked out of the operation theatre, after changing into her all blue attire, "How are we looking?" she raised an eyebrow at the two.

Madam B, Dreykov, and Alex Sokolov were the major pawns of HYDRA and responsible for running the HYDRA/ KGB organisation, The Red Room.

"Hawthorn is running the status," Slade jerked a thumb over his back at the man behind the controls.

"There might be a few dissimilarities," Hawthorn informed them, not looking up from the screen in front of him, "Like different hair colour, eye colour and height difference," he listed out.

"It's nothing serious," Asano assured, "It's just nature's way of evolving with each generation. The offspring DNA slightly differs from the parent one."

Madam B wanted to create an exact replica of herself; to carry on her legacy of the Red Room. A child assassin with her knowledge, her skills, her efficiency. Dr. Asano and Slade had come up with an scheme in which they could recreate primary tissue cells of a zygote from the mere bone marrow cells of a female. All they had to do was to raid the needed technology from S.H.I.E.L.D and they would be good to go.
