"Is this your plan?" Dreykov questioned as Y/N finished speaking.

"Our plan is to kill you," Natasha replied.

"I'm alive," he retorted, "So, what do we do now?"

Y/N slowly nodded at him, the corners of her eyes burning, "Why did you kill the Lawsons? You could've spared them as you did with others," she referred to Alexie and Melina, "Why to kill?"

"Hm," Dreykov hummed in thought, "David and Aida, am I right?" he questioned rhetorically, "And the small twins. Maya and Dmitry, those whom you've named yourself after."

Y/N gritted her teeth together, hoping that her anger for the man in front of her would subside her growing heartache.

"Your mother would've been ashamed of you," Dreykov scoffed, "You care more for them than you ever did for her,"

"Too bad I don't give a rat's ass about her," Y/N snarled, "'Cause she wasn't worth it,"

"And the Lawson's were?" Dreykov raised an eyebrow, "There were pests, Y/N. A mere obstacle in your mom's plan to take you to make you the most ruthless assassin. But you know the truth. You're the reason they got killed. You said it yourself just a few moments ago,"

Y/N's lower lip trembled, but she withheld herself from breaking down in front of him, not wanting to give him the satisfaction.

"What was my mother's name?" Natasha interjected.

"Ah," Dreykov paused in thought, "Where we buried her, there was a tree. A pink blossom. Beautiful."

Natasha's jaw was ticking as she fought to keep a straight face, not letting her emotions get to her. Not yet.

"And there was a tombstone with her name engraved on it," he continued, "What was her name?" he pretended to think, before turning to her, "Unknown," he emphasized the word.

"You don't feel anything?" Natasha questioned, still eyes filled with tears, "You feel anything when we killed your daughter?"

"Is this your haunted past?" he questioned with a raise of his hand, "Really?" he dipped his head and started to chuckle to himself hilariously.

"Thank you, Y/N, Natasha," he stated truthfully, confusing the two. He headed towards the corner of the room where the Taskmaster was standing, "You gave me my greatest weapon." he leaned closer to the Taskmaster's ear to whisper, "Say hello,"

The Taskmaster pressed a button on the arm of the suit and the helmet of the suit opened.

The helmet was removed to reveal the face of a woman. The right side of her face was scarred up, wrinkles fading away to the other side. Her eyes were wide, as though she was scanning the two Avengers when they stepped closer to her.

"When your bomb exploded," Dreykov began to explain, "It nearly killed my Antonia. I had to put a chip in the back of her neck," he tapped the mentioned place on himself, "The back of her neck. Look at her,"
