Chapter 62

I walked down and went over to my mom. I tapped her shoulder

"Honey. I'm real, why are you acting like this" she said

I started tearing up and hugged her tight

"I've missed you so much" I cried

"I have too. I have business to do here that's why I came back" she said

"What do you mean" i said

"I have to find Renee" she said

"What do you mean" I asked

"She's the key to fix everything" She said

"She's dead" I said

"No she isn't. They fixed her" she said

"No. I killed her" I said

"Maybe for a second" she said

"I killed her and pushed her out of the window. She was bleeding everywhere" I said

"Dear, she is okay" she said

I turned around to look at Mer. She was tearing up.

"I can't do this right now" I said walking to mer

I took her hand and brought her upstairs. The kids were sleeping in their rooms. I brought us into our room and sat her down on the edge of the bed

"I can't wrap my head around any of this" I sighed sitting next to her.

"I know this is so crazy. I have no idea how i did this" she said

I looked at her and smiled. I put my hand under her chin and pulled her closer to me. I started kissing her lips. I pulled away and licked my lips.

"This was so amazing" I whispered

I texted Amelia to come of asap. I got up and left the room. I went downstairs and my mom was watching tv

"Mom" I said

"Yes honey" she said turning and looking at me

"What do you have to do for this Renee thing" I asked

"I have to work with her to destroy the head" she said

"I thought she was the head" I said

"No. I will have to get to her too, but not at the moment. The guy who killed me is the head, Kevin" she said

"Kevin?" I asked

"Yes. I have to do this on my own. You have to stay here and I need the files that you have" she said

"How do you know about them" I asked

"I know a lot of things" she said

I nodded and went to my office. I locked the door. I don't know why, but I don't trust my mom. I grabbed a flash drive and downloaded the files onto it. I took the real flash drive and put it into my back pocket. I unlocked the door and left the room. I went over to my mom.

"Sorry I couldn't find it" I said handing her the flash drive.

She took it and put it into her pocket. Meredith came down.

The kids were starting to move around upstairs. We couldn't let them see my mom

"Mom come here" I said

She got up and followed me. I brought her into the bathroom.

"Stay here until I come back" I said

She nodded and I shut the door. The kids came down and Meredith made them all cereal. I went upstairs and grabbed Haley. I brought her downstairs and put her into her high chair. I fed her some banana baby food. I tasted it and it was really good. She finished and the kids started getting done.
