Smiles

"You did not just do that!" Amii spat out as she took a step closer to me, ignoring my fake comment. I guess, I was correct. You really can't argue for something that's not true. And this girl's bosom was so not God-given.

I put a hand on my hip and grinned at her. "I so did," I said. However, as I smiled, I didn't feel the sense of triumph that I wished I could. The fact that Jayden and I were on such bad terms from the very beginning was starting to annoy me more than I wanted to accept. Nothing was going according to plan, damn it!

"What a bitch!" Amii whispered through gritted teeth.

"Can't help it," I smiled and turned my back to her as if to dismiss her. I don't think it was a good idea as I heard her scream in frustration behind me, and I knew someone was holding her back, because she sounded really angry.

I smiled sweetly at Sam, who was staring at me wide eyed. "I don't think I made a very good first impression," I stage whispered to him with a grin.

The moment I spoke, it was like the spell had broken. Everyone turned back to what they were doing. Many people left the table to go and dance and Sam finally managed to shut his mouth. "Well...I guess as first impressions go, yours was pretty damn good."

I giggled because I knew guys liked that. God, I really did sound like a bitch! Oh, what had happened to me? I turned to look back when I couldn't hear Amii complaining anymore, and just caught her and Jayden leaving the club. Oh, well.

"You wanna dance?" I asked Sam as he took a sip from his drink. Well I hoped it was his drink.

He rose. "Of course," he held my hand and pulled me to the dance floor.

The place was so crowded my whole body kept on touching Sam's. Not that I was complaining; the guy had some body! Wow. When I looked at him, he was smirking at me.

"D'you like what you feel?"

"Oh, shut up-" somebody pushed me against him again. "Damn it!"

Sam laughed, and I heard every note because I was so close. Shit, I even felt the vibration in his body! I put my hands on his chest and pushed him away a little, but didn't let my hands fall, as doing so would crash me into him again.

Sam got bored of our position so he turned me around and put his hands on my waist; making sure his body wasn't actually touching mine. Then slowly, he started to sway. I got the movement pretty easy and we danced like that for a few seconds before I felt uncomfortable and changed positions again. I was just about to tell him that we should sit down; thus leaned towards him, when a hand landed on my shoulder. Not very nicely either.

I turned around to see Jayden looking at me. I smiled at him. It wasn't a fake one. When it came to Jayden, the smiles were always natural. It had become a habit. And it seemed that glaring at me had become a habit for him too. Ah, man.

"We gotta talk," he said. Not very loudly but I heard every word. His tone was just so...dead.

I turned to look at Sam apologetically but he just grinned and randomly pulled a girl and started to dance with her. Wow, he was quick!

I followed Jayden as he passed the bar and carried on walking until the music seemed far away and we were in a corridor-like looking place with red walls. Eww, I mean red walls? Come on, who'd do that?! It was depressing and claustrophobic!

"You said you wanted to talk?" I asked when he stood there leaning against the wall, with his arms crossed over his chest.

"You gotta stop making my life hell." It was a simple said fact.
