Cairo's POV
"I'm okay Koda." I whisper as my service dog licks my face.
Stupid seizures.
"I promise I'm okay." I say.
Koda stops licking my face then she looks me over.
Once Koda is sure I'm okay, she nuzzles her head into my neck.
After I feel like normal, Koda and I get off the bed, leave our room, and head down to the team doctor's room.
"Hey Cairo." The team doctor says.
"Hi." I say.
"What can I do for you?"
"I had a seizure." I say. "And you said you always wanted to check on me after my seizures."
"Come on in." The doctor says so Koda and I head inside the room.
Once inside, the team doctor checks on me and make's sure I'm okay.
"My hearts all good?" I ask as I play with my nose ring after my check up.
"Yep." The doctor says. "You're EKG looks great."
"Good." I say.
"Cairo I'd tell you if anything was wrong." The doctor says.
"Alright." I say then I let out a deep breath. "I'll see you down stairs."
"See ya." The doctor says then Koda and I leave and head back to our room.
Once in our room I gather my suit bag, my shoe bag, and my custom 1 of 1 Off-White bag.
"You ready to go?" I ask as I put my phone and wallet in my pocket.
Koda yips so I grab her leash then the two of us leave our room and head downstairs to the bus.
Once on the bus, I hang up my suit in the row before Koda and I's row then I sit down next to Koda in our row.
A few minutes later the players get on the bus then we head to MAPFRE Stadium.
On the way to the stadium I look down at my line-up notes to make sure everything is correct.

After I'm sure everything is correct, I put my notes up then relax for the rest of the drive.
Eventually we get to the stadium so I gather my things as we pull into the parking area.
Once the bus stops, I grab my suit then Koda and I get off the bus and head to the locker room
When we get to the locker room, Koda and I head to the managers office then I put my stuff down before we head outside to check the pitch.
As Koda and I are checking out the pitch, I see a familiar face in the crowd so I walk over to her
"Hey Anna." I say and playfully curtsy
"Hey Cairo." Christen's Alpha says with a smile.
"How ya been?" I ask.
"Great." Anna says. "I'm about to see my oldest make her debut for her country then in a few days I'll see my twins make their debut for their country."
"Madeline and Tatiana are debuting?" I ask.
"They are." Anna says with a huge smile.
"Oh I just remembered there is something I wanted to tell you."
