We already finished the shooting for the music video and concept photoshoot 2 weeks ago. The production team really worked hard on the setting, props, lighting, camera equipments and many more.
I know it costs a million dollars every music video that we do. We don't use green screens that's why. I can't believe that the set is more bigger than our past music videos.
The set has colorful, intense lightings. There's a big floating platform with a transparent screen at the background for the first chorus. Our director directed us well.
For Jennie unnie rap verse, there's a big pink room with big blocks of letters spelled BLACKPINK logo and a customized detailed silver tank. Her rap on this music became more faster and intense.
Lisa's rap scene is a set of a bank vault full of pink money, a blackboard full of our chalked signature and doodles, a blackpink katana and she used our Hammer-bong lightstick. She also shoot with a white, orange smokey parrot.
Jisoo unnie's scene set has a big drawing of her self at the background. Her scene has a meaning behind it and a little bit of acting. She's really good at acting while wearing the pink short hair wig. It suits her a lot.
My scene is a two kind of identities. The one is the goddess and the other one is my ordinary self something like that. For my bridge part they put a lot of hanging flowers at the ceiling of the set to make it look elegant.
I told my hair stylists a week ago before the shooting for the music video to dye my hair red. I'm thankful that it suits for our new era.
