This story is based on an experience I just recently had the other day. Literally, everything I wrote in here is what happened to me with the only difference between real life and story (besides it not being SKZ) was that he was definitely taller than me.

Hyunjin was in his car, blasting music on his way home from a long and exhausting day at work. He wanted nothibg more than to be in his bed, asleep. That was what he was looking forward to. That was his paradise that he longed for.
Unfortunately, traffic was heavier than normal. There were long lines leading up to the stop lights, causing him to have to hit the brake sooner than he expected, and he knew that his foot wasn't going to leave that spot for the next ten minutes. The closest he'd get to taking it off the brake would be to slowly pull up as the cars in front of him went through the light.
He waited, watching as the lights changed in each lane, watching the cars go by, waiting for when he could finally go.
The light in his lane finally turned green after what felt like hours, and he was able to continue down the road at a normal speed rather than twentyt below.
Once he passed the light, it seemed that traffic had thinned out a bit, allowing him to see better in front of him.
He approached another light, changing from green to yellow, so he began to slow down, not pressing the brake immediately since there was a little bit left to go before he reached the light. He turned the volume of the music down a little since the song that came on was louder than the ones before, and he felt a little awkward being the only person blasting bass-boosted music at 5:30 P.M.
Taking a second to look around the road as he was slowing down, he saw a man on a motorbike, one that his father would deem a "crotch-rocket," pass him on the right. He watched him to see what he was going to do, not wanting to hit him. The man turned around on the bike, checking the distance between the two before getting in front of Hyunjin.
They both stopped at the light, Hyunjin taking his time to look at the man's helmet. It was a full face helmet with a black base paint, but it was littered in different designs. On the back, it had a medieval styled sun and stars, and on the right side, there was the phases of the moon. The left side had different paisley patterns. It was brightly colored and would attract the attnetion of anyone. Hyunjin thought it was beautiful. He'd never seen a helmet that customized. He'd seen cute helmets that some people wore, with the cat ears, but never had he seen one with those kinds of designs.
The man on the bike lifted the face shield and turned around once again, facing Hyunjin. He looked around a little bit, but his eyes landed back on Hyunjin.
The man in the car wasn't sure what to do, so he smiled softly at the man on the bike. The biker turned to check the light briefly once again. Once he saw that it hadn't changed, he turned around once more, still looking at Hyunjin. It was like they were magnified to each other. Hyunjin could tell that the man on tbe bike was a little shorter than him, just based on proportions. His eyes were the only part of his body that he could see, but they were beautiful. They looked bright and full of life. Hyunjin could tell that he was smiling. Either that, or he was really good at faking it.
Out of no where, Hyunjin felt something come over him. He felt the urge to just roll down his window and yell at the biker to tell him that he liked his helmet. The urge was so strong and he was about to do it, but the light changed, and the biker went.
Hyunjin kept his eye on him as he drove, unconscious about anything. He was soley focused on the biker. Anytime the biker switched lanes, he did too. He felt defeated when a few cars got in between the two of them. It hurt him to not be able to see the biker any longer.
He, for some reason, still tried to keep up with him. He quickly changed lanes and passed people in hopes that he could get behind the biker again. He was in his sights, so close, yet so far away.
Once another biker passed him, he focused on the road, realizing what he was doing. He didn't know why he was following the biker with the beautiful helmet, but he felt compelled to. He had to for some reason. It felt right.
He ignored his thoughts and just focused on the road in front of him. He needed to get home.
He continued his drive, going through each light, no longer looking for the biker.
It wasn't until he got to another major intersection that he saw the helmet again. Of course, he had to be making the same turn as Hyunjin, because why wouldn't he?
Thankfully, there were two turn lanes, so Hyunjin got into the far left lane, still behin the biker since there was a car in front of him, but not being in the same lane as him. It would've been awkward for him to do that.
Once he pressed his brake, he once again felt the need to yell at the biker about his helmet. He really wanted nothing more than to compliment it and make the man smile, but he refrained from doing so.
The light changed, and they made their left turns onto the new road and continued down their paths. Hyunjin didn't continue to follow the biker, but would occasionally look at him. Even thoigh he couldn't see the biker's face or body, he thought the man was the most attractive and breathtaking man that ever walked the planet.
At the next intersection, the two bikers that passed him turned into a gas station. Hyunjin continued to make his way home, watchjng the man disappear from his life. He knew that that was the last time he was ever going to see him.
Their worlds were never going to meet again, but he so desperately wished they would. He wanted one time to say something to the biker.
