Marah's POV

Everything is really going under, I just can't believe that overnight halos mawasak ang pamilya namin. Argen is back to being distant. Kanina pa kami andito ni Devon malapit sa kinaroroonan nila Shy. It's not that We are eavesdropping yet, we heard everything ako ata ang nasaktan for Shy. She poured out her heart yet Argen just replied about annulment, Damn! What is he playing at? Why is he pushing her away? I just don't understand.

When we saw them get out of the scene, lumapit na kami kay Dahly and JN and surprisingly nakita din namin na ganun ang ginawa ni Cy. 

"Devon and Marah, good that you are here, spill!" seryosong sabi ni Dahls as she tried to move her fingers peeking from the cement cast.

"Ah damn it! Akala ko ba I can't feel pain bakit may konting kirot na ngayon?" tanong niya kay JN.

"Wala sa genes niyo kasi ang sakit na yan, you just acquired it at yun pa ang iniimbestigahan ng doctor. For now as what he said, from time to time you would still feel pain yet it will progress" sagot ni JN sa kanya as he slowly massaged her fingers. 

"Sige kayo na ang sweet! So Dahls where do you want me to start?" tanong ni Devon kay Dahly. We really need to assess what happened tonight para maintindihan namin so that we could strategize. 

" Everything I need to know, let's sit down sa floor in circular form para magkaintindihan talaga tayo, ahhhmmm kaya mo ba Marah?" tanong niya sa akin habang pinasadahan niya ako ng tingin. Di pa naman ganun kalaki ang tiyan ko it's still 4 months pa lang ang anghel na naninirahan sa katawan ko. 

"I'll be fine Dahls, don't worry" umupo na nga kami and Devon started to reiterate what happened. 

"Pagkaalis na pagkaalis ng private plane na sinasakyan niyo from Manila we received a box na merong logo ng Silvethorne Empire with a big bloody X mark on it. It confused me in a way kasi kasama nun ay litrato mo at ni Argen. I was assuming that was meant for the two of you I was about to call you ng maalala ko nasa biyahe pa nga pala kayo. " he paused as his finger was drawing a circle on the floor, a stupid habit of his. 

"When I received JN's text na nakalapag na kayo. I tried calling again to warn you guys pero the lights of the Manor all turned off. So ayun hinanap ko si Old Man and Marah, I let them prepare for a possible attack. We hid sa underground, for  5 hours nothing happened, it's just that the lights are all out. So ayun lumabas na kami and considered it as a black out. We were in the middle of dinner when the attack starte, we heard an explosive go off sa entrance and those assassin's started barging in. We ran for our lives since we are out numbered and the rest is history" salaysay ni Devon. Bumuntong hininga siya after the reiteration. 

"Weird, how did they know na aalis kami when in fact 2 weeks leave ang nafile ko for each and everyone of us sa Manila, curious curious curious" Dahly furrowed her brows, crossed her arms and closed her eyes, she is in deep thought as if trying to connect everything so she could come up with a conclusion.

"Could it be? Devon and JN pwede ninyong sunduin ang mga bisita natin sa Manila, dalhin niyo sila dito sa Davao" yun lang ang sabi ni Dahls and she stood up. Nagkatinginan sila Devon and JN, halatang nagtataka kung bakit niya pinapadala dito ang mga bisita when in fact delikado pa ang sitwasyon.

"Di ba nagalaw ang room ko sa manor Devs?" bigla niyang tanong. 

"Dahls, you know that your room is impenetrable" matipid na sagot ni Devon sa kanya. 

"Cy stay here at bantayan mo si Argen, Shy at si Old Man. Same with you Marah please stay here dahil hindi pa ligtas ang manor. I will ask for you to be admitted dahil sa condition mo. Devs and JN nacontact ko na yung pilot ng private plane, in 4 hours he will meet you sa hangar. Observe and gather info during the trip" this time JN and Devs faces light up as if naiintindihan na nila si Dahls.
