Guilt trip

Leche naman talaga oh, that was close pero buti na rin siguro, we might end up regretting it. 

Dahan dahan akong lumabas ng room, yet I readied myself dinala ko na ang metal pole ko and swiss knife, better be prepared than not.

Sumilip ako sa may crack ng door, it was one of those ninja's na nagambush sa amin ,he was trying hard to slowly walk towards the kitchen bringing something that looks like a bomb. 

Shit! You are one annoying disturbance.

Dahil familiar na ako sa bahay na ito, I turned off the lights using the remote, yes lahat ng lights sa bahay na ito is controlled by a remote control.  I need to call Dahly, they have to know this, gininaw ako saglit, Damn it makikipaglaban ako ngayon without clothes, ibang laban dapat kasi ang naganap kanina kung di lang dahil sa kumag na ito.

Kinuha ko yung phone ko na fortunately nakalapag lang sa may side table ng room. After 3 rings Dahly answered with an irritated voice.

"Hoy Argentum bakit ka tumatawag sa akin when you are supposed to be enjoying your honeymoon?" 

grabe ang bunganga ng babeng ito pag nagalit...

"We have an intruder here, same outfit ng mga kumag dun sa hangar" sagot ko sa kanya.

"Mga lecheng echuserang frog frog yan sila, humanda ang amoy lupang bola bolang siopao na Dolores na iyon!, is  Shy ok?" inis niyang comment grabe talaga ang babaeng ito, ewan kung matatawa ako sa description niya kay Dolores o maaawa kay Dolores? Sumakit ata bigla utak ko sa mga sinabi niya. 

"She is ok, however we may need back-up, di kami sure na iisa lang sa kanila ang nandito" 

"Give us twenty minutes we will be there" sabi niya then hung-up

inilapag ko ulit ang phone ko sa side table and went out of the room as slowly as I can, by now andun na ang kumag na yun sa kusina, and I was right he was by the microwave, may mga kinakabit siya na wires, sa tingin ko ang microwave ang gagawin niyang detonation device.

Dahan dahan akong lumapit sa kanya, in one swift motion I hit him in the head. He lost conciousness, hinila ko ang electric wire ng refrigerator and used my swiss knife to cut it, medyo mahaba ang wire pwede na itong pangtali.

I dragged his body at pinaupo ko sa isang metal chair, itinali ko ang katawan niya sa chair and gagged his mouth gamit ang punda ng throw pillow. Well I have to be resourceful di ba? naghanap pa ako ng iba pang pwede ipangtali para naman sa paa niya. 

"Shy you could get out now, it's safe" tawag ko kay Shy.

"On the second thought, put some clothes on please" pahabol ko sa kanya, well wala akong planong ishare ang wonderful view sa iba. 

She came out after 10 minutes, she was in her pajamas na. Cute mashimaro printed white pajamas, gusto kong matawa, she was like a seductress kanina ngayon parang bata, nahawa na rin ba siya kay Dahly?

She sat beside me, ipinatong niya ang paa niya sa sofa and hugged her knees while resting her head on them. She looked shaken, a child na natakot dahil threatened. Ever since she was not fit for this kind of life, she is so fragile and gentle, napilitan lang siyang maging matapang dahil nga isa siyang Vileafuerte. Makakatakas na sana siya, yet I draggged her into this cursed family again. 

Gusto ko sana siyang yakapin and tell her that everything is alright, pero naunahan ako ng guilt and shame, how could I have allowed an innocent soul like hers get tarnished.

I don't deserve her, tama lang talaga na hindi natuloy yung kanina...

We heard footsteps outside, then the sliding door opened.

May 3 taong pumasok, dressed in assassin like outfits. pero base sa vanilla na amoy for sure si Dahly, JN  at Devon ito.

"Dahly obvious masyado na ikaw dahil sa vanilla scent mo, nasaan na ang stealth mode diyan?" tanong ko sa kanya. 

"Pasensya ha, kaliligo ko lang nung tumawag ka" she said as all three of them took off their masks.

"Tulog na tulog ah, gaano ka lakas ang pagkakapalo mo sa ulo bro?" tanong ni Devon sa akin.

"Mild lang, just enough para makatulog at gigising na may bukol at headache" mapakla kong sagot sa kanya. 

'Well just to make sure" Devon let out a hanky and placed it in an area na sure ako malalaghap ng intruder ang chloroform if he wakes up.

Dahly sat beside Shy, "Ok ka lang?" tanong niya. 

Tumango lang siya and leaned her head sa shoulder ni Dahly, parang kinurot naman puso ko, dapat as her husband ako ang nagkocomfort sa kanya, kaya lang...

"Bukas we will go back to the Manor" firm kong sabi, this is for the best, it is not safe here. 

"What? honeymoon niyo pa kaya, which reminds me" sabi ni Devon then he looked at Shy and me, I saw Shy blush profusely.

Devon smirked... "Bakit basa ang floor at nakatwalya ka lang?" tanong niya.

"Whatever you are thinking of Devs, it did not happen" sarcastic kung sagot. 

This time pati si Dahly nagblush, I forgot grabe pala ang imagination ng isang ito.

"Ayayay, sagabal pala ang intruder na ito, tsk tsk" yun lang ang comment ni Devon.

"Which reminds me" biglang sabi ni Dahls, "where is your phone?" tanong niya sa akin.

"Nasa loob, why?" sagot ko sa kanya.

"Ahmmm nevermind na lang, I don't want to see what's inside" she replied blushing. She then tapped her watch, it was an apple watch phone, she dialled someones number, after 6 rings sumagot na ang tinatawagan niya. 

"Hello sino ito?" galit na sagot ng tinatawagan niya. 

"Dolores, pasensya na sa abala, may pagmamay-ari mo kasi na naririto and as what I promised I will be fair sa iyo... Happy New Year!" maarteng sabi ni Dahly then she hung-up.

Inilabas niya ang nsignet ring niya, "wait akala ko hindi totoo yung planted bomb?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"At first it wasn't, yet I don't trust him, time for him to learn a lesson" she pressed the button... after 15 minutes, nagring ang watch ni Dahls, sinagot niya ito on the 3rd ring. 

"PUNYETA KANG BITCH KA, THAT WAS MY BUILDING YOU JUST BLEW UP" galit na sabi ni Dolores.

"Awww, I guess you are touched sa gift ko sa iyo, don't worry there is more, no need to thank me, it's my pleasure" she hung-up fter saying that. 

"So what are we gonna do with this guy na?" biglang nagsalita si JN na ikinagulat ko, andito pala sa likod ko ang mokong na ito, ang galing niya sa stealth talaga...

"We ask him for information the moment he wakes up" sagot ko sa tanong niya. 

"Magbibihis lang ako, JN and Devon let's scout the ground for any other intrusions, Dahls stay here with Shy at bantayan niyo ang lokong iyan" sabi ko sa kanila.

"On second thought, pack up our things Shy, pagbalik namin ihahatid ka ni JN pabalik sa Manor" I told her without looking at her, I don't want to see her reaction. 

It's her wedding night and it turned out to be a total catastrophe, so much for trying to make this marriage work?

It is bound to be doomed sa simula pa lang... Damn!
