Chapter 16 - Let's Get To Work!..... -eh!? why are you here!?

It's now the weekends! I had homework but I already done mine, Iruma-nii.. well not yet, so currently he's answering it by now with some guidance.

"hmm.. I think you got the hang of it nii-chan, do you think you can do it by your own?" I ask to Iruma-nii "uh.. yeah, I think..?" he replied concentrated on his work.

"then I'm going to get ready now" I said to him "uh-huh.." still concentrated on answering, I got up to change in the bathroom.

"..and.. done" I've finished dressing up, I'm now wearing a maid uniform.

Yesterday I ask to help Tamashi and Opera with the household chores, Tamashi did complained at first but stop after Opera said that we're just only doing light work, and now that I'm done changing, I should help now!

I left the room to find Opera since they're the oldest servant here.

once I found the person I was looking for, I saw them cleaning in the hallways "Opera-san" I called out to him.

"hm?" Opera stop doing their cleaning before looking to where I was "oh. you look cute in that (y/n)-sama" Opera remark straightforwardly.

"eh?! I-I- uh! th-thank you, Ope-pera-s-san!" I blushed furiously, not expecting that from Opera 'oh? this is the first time I've seen her acting like this..' Opera thought looking at the embarrassed (y/n).

"a-ahem. uum Opera-san I'm ready to take my work now" I said to them, still flustered "okay then. come with me, I will assist you on doing the tasks" Opera walk out of the room which automatically made me follow after him.

"let's start cleaning the living room" Opera stated walking to the direction of the living room "got it!" I replied, my face now back in its normal color.

We were once in the living room we're going to clean in "here we are, now I'll be moving the furniture for you" he said "okay!" I answered and grab the broom he pass me.

Opera then suddenly lifted up the whole sofa "..alright, go ahead" they said while I just stare with my mouth a slightly agape "..what is it?" Opera asked when they noticed my stare "uh- nothing!" I started to clean the dirt  the space where sofa was before.

While I was cleaning around the area, Opera also picked up the objects and other furnishings in the room "over here is next" "okay!".

When we're still cleaning, we had some short conversations with each other "you seem experience when it comes to cleaning, (y/n)-sama" Opera commented "I do sometimes clean" I replied to his indirect question.

"so what's the human world is like back there?" Opera question made caught off guard "eh?!" I yelp out before realizing 'aah~ right he is the trusty servant of ojii-san' "um- I guess it was good..?".
