Jayden's POV

It's been 3 days since I left home. I've stayed at Liam's for the entire time. He was really nice about it and told me I can stay here for as long as I desire. A couple of hours after I left home, I made sure to tell the group chat which basically included everyone who I lived with (Grayson, Ethan, and Jeremy) that I'll be staying at Liam's place for a while, just so they won't worry about me. I never told them why but Ethan thumbed up my message while Jeremy told me to stay safe or whatever. Grayson was the only one who didn't interact with my message.

Finally, after 3 and a half days of me living in Liam's place, I think it's finally time to go back. I wasn't expecting to stay at Liam's place for this long which is why I didn't pack anything before coming. Liam has just been so understanding and supportive that I found myself staying at his home for longer. He has been there for me these past couple of days and made me feel better about myself. He's truly been the friend I needed during this time of my life and I can't thank him enough. He even showed me a bunch of photos I'd never seen before of Grayson and me. I never knew how many pictures fans or paparazzi take of you when you date a popular celebrity... but at the same time, I kinda like it. We get to see old memories within these photos that we could've never seen before if it wasn't for the fans that took all these photos. All the pictures are from before we moved into this new house and before the indecent happened. Back when things were more simple.

"Jayden," Liam says with his hands in his pockets. I look up at him. "Ya sure, you wanna go back? I just want the best for you. I don't wanna see you get hurt again." He says lowering his eyebrows. As much as I appreciate his words, it annoys me once again that people are treating me like a child. I know I may not seem big and strong but I am capable to take care of myself without people treating me like a kid. "I'll be fine," I said in a monotone voice. "Alright well if you ever need to stay for a bit longer, you know where I live." Liam smiles as he places a hand on my shoulder. I smile back.

Also, another reason why I wanted to go was because of the horrendous smell coming from the basement. Liam kept Oreo in the basement every night during the time I was staying so he wouldn't try to escape the house. So most likely it was the smell of this poop that caused that awful smell.

"Alright well thank you so much for letting me stay here," I say making my way to the door. "Jayden wait!" Liam yells from behind me. I turn around and see him holding a medium-sized box. "I know how much you liked the pie I made yesterday so I made you one. I'd recommend you not to eat it all in one take." Liam hands me the box as I thank him. "Thank you for everything." I smile at him. Like a good gentleman he is, he opened the door for me, and then I walked out. I looked back at him and smile. He smiled back, resting his arm against the side door with his arm crossed. I turn back around and walk back to my place.

When I entered, the house was silent... too silent. Usually, Ethan and Grayson would be screaming at the top of their lungs having an argument about the smallest things while Jeremy would cheer on whoever is winning the argument. Either that or someone set something on fire. This time, there was no one in sight. "I'm home!" I yelled hoping someone would notice my existence.

Suddenly I hear a loud rumble of things clashing against each other from one of the rooms down the hall. Moments later I see Jeremy coming outside of the room with a broad smile on his face. "Well well well, look at you going off outside into the streets all by yourself. Welcome back Lil bro." Jeremy approaches me. There he goes again treating me like a kid. "Shut up," I say, letting out a slight giggle. He extends his arms out to give me a long tight hug. Seriously, a looooooonng hug. I was unable to return the hug since his arms wrapped around my arms leaving me no choice but to just stand here uncomfortably as he continues hugging me. I heard heavy footsteps skedaddling throughout my surroundings followed by whispers of other people in the room, including Jeremy. Including the front door creaking open. Unfortunately for me, I was also unable to see anything since my face was buried in his chest. Now I'm really curious about what was going on. And who were the other people in the room? Judging by the whispers it's most likely Ethan and Grayson. The hug lasted for a couple more seconds until "Alright, you can let go of him, Jeremy. You're gonna suffocate him." Grayson grunts. "Oh right," Jeremy says as he finally lets me go. "Alright well, I'll uh... go now to uhh... yeah bye," Jeremy says and then briskly heads outside, leaving me and Grayson alone.
