Cameron's POV
I got a text from McKenzie saying that if I wanted to keep dating her, then I would have to quit the football team. I love football, but then again I love her. From her blonde hair, to her perfect green eyes. But I've been playing football for a long time. When she told me I thought that she was kidding.
So I called her, the tone that she used was anything but funny. But, the thing is that Camira doesn't know that we're together. Not to mention the fact that she absolutely hates her. I kind of understand where Camira is coming from, if one of my friends did me like McKenzie did Cammy I would be pretty upset too.
"So what did you want to talk about Cam?" She asked me as she plopped down on my bed. Here we go. "I want to quit the football team." I told her.

Camira's POVI just started laughing really hard, like Cameron, my brother was actually gonna quit playing football.
"Why are you laughing?" Cameron asked, with a serious face.
"You're being serious," I said my smile slowly fading.
"Cameron I know that you love football. Are you really about to just throw that all away?" I said.
"Camira, I'm tired of hearing your voice and Coach's voice every time the boys can't even get a single play right. As a matter of fact, I can't even stand the boys on the team." Cameron said.
"Now I would gladly appreciate it if you would leave my room," he said pushing me out of his room.
Rude much!

I walked onto the football field, because Coach Dan, the football coach told me to meet him. But, Coach Dan wasn't the only one waiting for me. "Hey Sullivan, this guy right her is the Principal of the Athletics Department. Meet Mr. Jared Fisher," Coach said excitedly, as if he was waiting on something big to happen.
"Nice to meet you, Ms. Sullivan, I've heard some remarkable things about you and your brother," he said holding out his hand. I gratefully shook his hand. "Thank you sir, it's really nice to meet your acquaintance," I said.
'Really? Acquaintance? Can you really get any lamer?' My inner voice said snickering.
Apparently I can. "Coach what did you want to talk about?" I asked him.
"It was actually me who wanted to speak to you," Mr. Fisher said. "Ms. Sullivan is it true that you are a part of the Young Athletes and Coaches Association? He asked me.
'If he knows then why the hell is he asking? People these days, so dumb.'
"Yes sir. It's true and im a proud member of the association." I answered, pretty proud of my answer.
'Good answer dumbass.'
"And you are somewhat the co-coach of the football team." He said.
'No shit sherlock.'
"Yes sir," I responded. "Ms. Sullivan it seems that you may have to discontinue that position." Mr. Fisher said.
"Why?!" Coach Dan and I shouted together. "You both need to contain your composure," Mr. Fisher said.
Keep calm, Cammy. Remain calm, it's not worth it.
"Why can't I be co-coach anymore?" I asked slightly more calm. "Well since your brother is captain of the football team, then it may seem biased." He said.
"But, everyone knows that I don't pick who's on the team and who's not." I stated.
"Well it goes against the rules anyway. Plus it's not like you're quitting sports, just the co-coach position that was given to you," Mr. Fisher tried to reason.
"But, Cameron quit the team. So I'm still technically qualified to continue." I argued.
"Why did he quit?" Coach asked. "I don't know he didn't go exactly into specifics," I said.
"Oh, that too bad. Jut you still can't be co-coach anymore." Mr. Fisher stated. I really think that he has no heart.
"Why not? Because if I don't have her I don't have anyone to come up with plays when we have strong opponents. And if i don't have Cameron were guaranteed to lose. Which hasn't happened in the past four years. The Sullivan family has a strong bond with football, so why ruin it now? You're supposed to be a North Side High Stallion. What does it make you if you're not supporting us? You're an alumni support the alumni younger generation." Coach Dan said, in a somewhat presidential way. Preach it!
"I'm sorry Ms. Sullivan, but we've already found your replacement." Mr. Fisher said.
"Okay, who's my replacement?" I asked sighing. There was obviously nothing that I could do about it. So why should I even try? I'll still be in sports. And I'll still help around with Coach. I've known him for too long to stop now.
"Ms. McKenzie Lexinger," he said happily.
'What?! That bitch can barely count.'
Finally! Something that we actually agree on!
Mckenzie and I were like best friends in the sixth grade. But in the seventh everything changed. She never talked to me, and she stole the one boy that she knew I liked. I told her about him and she just went after him. The relationship only lasted a month. My friends and I bet on it. I lost that one. Yeah we make bets a lot. Mckenzie was a smart innocent girl until all of the mean preps got to her. She still is smart but she doesn't like to act like it.
On cue, Mckenzie walked out of nowhere.
"Mckenzie, you don't even know anything about football. You know how much I love this job." I said walking up to her.
"Sorry. You should know by now that I get what I want when I want it," she said smirking beginning to walk away. I was about to punch her, but Coach Dan held me back.
"Go find that Ben kid. And go home," Coach said to me.
Coach Dan has always been a fatherly figure to me, I thing of him as more of my dad than my actual dad.
I nodded. "I'll see you later Camira," he said.
