Ben's POV
Earlier today I told Camira that I'd drive her home considering that she didn't have a ride. My phone vibrated showing Josh texted me back.
'Do you see her yet?' It read. I was going to text back until I saw her coming.
'Yeah, I see her I'll text you later,' I replied back.
She walked up to me giving me a hug. "Sorry, I had to deal with some important stuff." She said.
"Cammy why are you crying?" I asked her with concern. If you saw her, you'd be concerned too.
"I'm not crying. It's just my allergies," she said.
"Am I really supposed to believe that?" I asked her. "Yes," she said pulling me back into the hug. "I really don't want to talk about it." She said sniffling.
"It's cool, I understand. I got my new house today, so I want to introduce you to my family." I told her.
"Okay, I just have to call my mom one sec," she told me, walking a few feet away from me.
While I waited for her, I overheard the conversation that Camira was having with her mom.
"Mom I'm going to a friends house today," she said. "Yeah, I'm fine. I'll see you later." She said, ending the phone call.
"Okay, ready to go?" I asked her. "Yeah," she said.
"Shall we?" I asked holding out my arm. "We shall," she said taking my arm.
*******************************
"Okay we're here," I said. "This is your house?" She asked surprised."Well I kind of just said that," I said. "I know that, but this house looks exactly like-," she started, but was soon cut off by five little people.
"Cammy!" They each shouted running up to her.
"Hey guys," she said to them with this happy tone in her voice. "Ben these are my younger sisters and brothers-," she started.
"If you don't mind we can introduce ourselves," a boy with brown hair and blue eyes like Camira said.
"I'm Chase but you can call me awesomeness," he said.
"I'm Cole," the boy with blonde hair and green eyes said.
"I'm Carmen," the girl that looked a little like Camira said.
"I'm Christina," the girl with blonde hair and green eyes who looked like Cole said.
"And I'm the best. My name is Christy," the girl who looked like Christina said.
"Well, hi I'm Ben." I said introducing myself.
"Yeah yeah big guy. Cammy already said that," Chase said obviously annoyed. I can tell that we won't be getting along.
"Chase stop being rude," Camira said scolding him. "I'm not being rude. I'm apprising of the fact that you have already told us that his name is Ren," Chase said.
"It's actually Ben," I said. "And didn't I actually tell you that I knew your name." Chase said in a somewhat snarky way. This kid seriously doesn't know when to shut up. He's worse than my little brother. And my little brother is annoying as hell.
"Anyways why are you guys here?" Camira asked curiously.
"Well, mom wanted us to welcome our new neighbors. So welcome Ben," Carmen said in a sweet voice.
"So you guys are my new neighbors?" I asked. I only asked to clarify.
"Yes, she just said that," Chase said aggravated. "Camira where did you find this idiot? How do you even know him? Why do you know him? You see that he acts stupid," Chase said.
How are Chase and Camira even related. Camira is so nice. And Chase is so....ugh! He's already aggravated me and we just met.
"Chase that's enough!" Camira shouted at him. Yes! I'm so team Camira.
"Guys go home. Tell mom that I'll be home before dinner." She told them.
"Okay. By the way, mom and dad bought a dress that you have to wear for the dinner," Carmen said.
"Okay, I'll see you guys later," Camira said to them. "Okay. Bye Ben," they all said walking except for Chase.
"I'm watching you Ren," Chase said walking away.
"It's Ben!" I yelled at him. "Whatever!" He yelled back to me.
